Pros:

Good breakfast, clean room and they accommodated our request for a first floor room.

Cons:

It was a little tricky to enter the hotel, could only enter from one direction

I will not stay here again
Cons:

The pool was not heated! That’s why I booked it for my grandchildren. Garbage and possum outside the window. Plus the toilet did not work properly. Staff said they will look into my concerns

Pleasant affordable hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Very nice stay. Kitchen staff was especially friendly.

Stay somewhere else
Pros:

I did not even get to stay there. The lady declined me because I live in the area.

Cons:

I didn't like that the lady at the front desk was rude. When she saw I lived in the area, she said I can't stay there. She didn't give any other reason.
I didn't know I had to be from out of town. I was trying to have a weekend semi-staycation, but nope. Refused, declined, only because I live in this area.
So, I suggest that people call and confirm with hotels because their website can be misleading. They are not people friendly. Those from out of town, stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was not clean. There was an accumulation of brown stuff where the tub meets the floor. My wife would not have stayed in this room if she was traveling with me.

Nice, clean place to stay in Charleston!
Pros:

Very nice stay for the price! Great indoor/heated pool w/ plenty of clean towels for our group. Nice staff. Clean! Plenty of towels in the bathroom.

Cons:

Bathroom sink was cracked, but otherwise functional. Nothing really to complain about!

Tina at the front desk was awesome! She was very helpful. Each time we saw her she smiled.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. We had real eggs, grits, sausages, homemade waffles, toasted bread, cereal, yogurt, fresh juice, and fresh coffee, delicious cookies, and good lemon water. The staff was kind.

Cons:

The fan in the bathroom didn't work. So when we took a shower it fog up the bathroom badly and it was hard for the next person to take a shower.

Pros:

The pool was nice and love that they had breakfast available.

Cons:

Some of the staff was a bit rude. One lady was standing over everyone while we were eating and was very grumpy. The additional bedding that was provided for the sofa bed was terrible. The "blanket" was a scratchy ,static cling mess. So bring your own blankets if you need the sofa.
