This Property Had Declined Significantly
Pros:

Our family and extended family has used this hotel as our home base for years while visiting our family in Charleston. The property has declined significantly over the last 10 years. The beds have become uncomfortable, the toilets won’t flush properly, bathroom doors won’t close without sticking, and the security lock at the top of the many of the doors appear to have been ripped off. I could go on. Moving forward we will be staying elsewhere. The icing on the cake was a very rude elderly woman with red hair named Karen working the front desk. When I reported an issue, she was incredibly rude. This woman single has handedly lost the business for four different families that have stayed there for over 16 years every time we visited West Ashley since 2010.
