Pros:

Hotel was pleasant, quiet, and far from downtown Charleston. The staff was friendly and helpful; but the first hotel I've stayed at (over 60+ years) where room cleaning daily was not automatic, needed to request it). No "local" restaurants; I walked 1 and 1.6 miles, respectively, to find a Pho and a BBQ eatery (both excellent).
