Absolutely disgusting filthy unit could not use air conditioning due to black mould had to ask for a mop when we arrived

Great Location fantastic 10 night stay.
Pros:

Nice comfortable clean unit which has excellent cooking facilities, our unit had great TV channel selection in both lounge & bedroom.
Managers Richard & Michelle are as always, friendly & helpful.

Excellent property at great value. We will certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Spacious apartment, well appointed. Excellent pool and spa with nice waterfall feature. Comfortable good-size bed. TV in lounge and bedroom. Two balconies. Both ceiling fans and aircon.

Cons:

While it has several Foxtel channels, it does not have Foxtel Sport. Only a minor disappointment.

Great location, reasonably priced and clean but it needs fly screens to stop the mosquitoes
Pros:

The property is in a great location just a short work to beach and shops and good size balcony

Cons:

It was disappointing that there were no fly screens on the bedroom and lounge area sliding doors it made the place very stuffy as you couldn’t leave the doors open for fresh air due to mosquitoes

Loved it, would stay again. Pool is brilliant.

Pool was wonderful, nice peaceful place.
Large rooms, well equipped. A quick stroll to gorgeous beach.

Average stay. Every time we stay at this resort something goes wrong or doesn’t work
Pros:

Lap pool, secure parking, location to the beach and cbd

Cons:

Garage remotes didn’t work. Bed was too small, toilet seat didn’t stay upright for male usage, air conditioner was noisey, dirty glass wear, missing towel rack in bathroom. No ceiling fans.

We weren’t due to check out til Friday 13/2. A staff member came into our unit unannounced and questioned us about we hadn’t checked out. We informed him we had another 24hrs to stay at the property to which he asked us what day was it. He was rude and unapologetic.
