The whole apartment needed deep clean. Furniture covered in stains. Washing machine didn't drain. Not enough essentials (toilet paper,bin bags dish liquid)

We liked how close to the beach and shops
We were right on the road and experienced the noise of the traffic night and morning. The balcony did not have shelter from the wind and rain like a blind or covering. So we spent most of the time indoors as the balcony was not rain proof. The weather gods were not favourable which had nothing to do with the facilities.
We did like that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided and a spare toilet roll. nice touch!
Wow the pools are just brilliant and the location is perfect.
The room has everything I needed.
The mattress needs replacing . The roof top accommodations looks straight in your bedroom. Would have loved to of taken in sun while lying the with your morning coffee.

The heated spa/swim pool and the main pool was also slightly heated.
Very dated and old. Housekeeping could look at the carpet more. But overall you cannot lift a tired room. But I think the new managers are trying to revamp it back to its former glory. The lady manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. But like most properties on the Sunshine Coast a lot of properties are still in a time warp unless brand new.
The apartment was clean, comfortable & private & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good pressure. We also enjoyed using the rooftop spa.
The traffic noise from the road was the most annoying thing as it started at 5am & only quietened down late at night. And even the purchase of ear plugs didn’t help us. I moved into the 2nd bedroom but although slightly better, I could still hear it. It’s a shame as the apartment & staff were good. Maybe investing in triple glazed windows would help.
Close to the beach and downtown. Unit was spacious and well appointed. Outdoor Pool and Spa were excellent.

Car park is narrow for my long ute.
Great location. Close to shops. Good lock up parking that was easy to get into with excellent space for our car with bikes on. Parking space was directly across from the lift. U22 Kitchen had everything you need including blender and bullet. Heaps of cutlery and plates, excellent. Double wardrodes with heaps of hangers. U22 is a 2bed apartment but we only needed oe so the other locked off which was great, good to know if you need 2 bedrooms. Washer and dryer in own wash room. 1 bedroom either side of the living area so separated which is great if 2 couples. Great size balcony with table, chairs, bbq and drying rack.
Really not much here to dislike, only thing was it could have been a little cleaner. Dust on furniture etc but bed and linen were great. So being a little picky here.
Close to amenities ,very clean units ,walk across the street to the beach.
Also a great place to stay.
