Average stay. Every time we stay at this resort something goes wrong or doesn’t work
Pros:

Lap pool, secure parking, location to the beach and cbd

Cons:

Garage remotes didn’t work. Bed was too small, toilet seat didn’t stay upright for male usage, air conditioner was noisey, dirty glass wear, missing towel rack in bathroom. No ceiling fans.

We weren’t due to check out til Friday 13/2. A staff member came into our unit unannounced and questioned us about we hadn’t checked out. We informed him we had another 24hrs to stay at the property to which he asked us what day was it. He was rude and unapologetic.

Coolum apartment
Pros:

Great sized apartment, comfortable bed, good shower, nice little kitchen, balcony space. Overall a good little apartment which is within approximately 600m of the Coolum beach hotel and Coles.

Cons:

Dryer wasn't working, no view but a fairly easy walk to the beach.

Rude management, avoid place.
Pros:

Close to beach and facilities
Albeit plenty of cheaper and more modern accommodation in Coolum.

Cons:

Rude arrogant man who managed the place. From the moment we arrived, there wasn't a smile & everything we asked was too much trouble. In particular when there was a blackout, asking for a torch so we could shower without tripping over in the dark - was an issue & in addition asking questions about the situation, as we were worried - I was given hostile responses, like it was our problem!?!
Shower over bath was hard. There was a perfectly working ensuite that was locked off to us, not sure why this wasn't open to have a shower - would of made more sense to lock the larger bathroom for only two people sleeping in the main room.
Car parking is tight for a medium size car.
Kitchen appliances and utensils were dirty and crumbs in the draws. It wasn't cleaned to the standard we were expecting. This is only a 3 star

Bien mais sans plus
Pros:

La piscine et la taille de l'appartement qui était grande.
Il est aussi bien équipé en matériel de cuisine, grand frigo.
Les lits sont aussi confortables et la terrasse est grande avec un barbecue.

Cons:

La propreté du logement laissait un peu à désirer.
Nous n'avons pas pu faire le check in plus tot car on nettoyait l'appartement (tout à fait normal).
Par contre, malgré ce nettoyage, il y avait pas mal de poussière et des déchets (paquets de chips) sous les lits.
Aucune flexibilité pour l'heure de départ, ce qui est dommage mais compréhensible.

Wonderful holiday unit and location
Pros:

We stayed in a beautifully renovated unit. It was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas plus a rooftop terrace. It had a great view of the pool and ocean on the horizon. The pools were fantastic, checkin was a breeze and parking was easy too. The location was great - within walking distance to beach access and the local shops but was still quiet. We highly recommend as a family of four including a toddler.
