Excellent hotel in the middle of Lyon with comfortable rooms. The staff is very gentle and was able to accommodate me returning slightly late for the check out.

Location is walking distance from Perrache station which is great. There are many restaurants within vicinity. Hotel is next to the subway station. Very kind ladies were serving the breakfast, and breakfast itself was very good. Hotel has cold water at the reception. You can fill the bottles they provide you with, and take them to your room. This, I thought, was good for the environment. Air conditioning in the room was very effective during the heat wave. Streets behind the hotel are worth seeing. Take a stroll when shops are open.
Not having a shower stall, floors get wet of course. The room needs a bit more storage space, or some shelves in the wardrobe. A small fridge would have been nice.
Die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel ist sehr entspannt und die Angestellten sehr freundlich! Wir haben die verschlossene Garage direkt am Hotel genutzt und sogar unsere Fahrräder hinten drauf gelassen. Entfernung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut: alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und die Dusche ist für Übergewichtige nur schlecht zugänglich.
Ontzettend centraal gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Je kan makkelijk wandelen naar alle bezienswaardigheden.
Daarnaar was het personeel, de kamer en parkeervoorziening uitstekend.

Great location, great staff, they were so helpful in every way. The rooms were elegant and comfortable. The location was stellar. MInutes from the Perrache train station (which was smaller and much easier to navigate than the other Lyon train station, and most trains go to both stations). And it was so walkable to lovely plazas especially the lovely Jacobins Fountain and Old Town. Also it was much more affordable than similar places just a few blocks away. PLus the staff, especially Ekstana, was wonderful.
The rooms were a little dark but given the heat that wasn’t a bad thing.

En plein centre de Lyon, au pied de la station de métro et à 5 mn à pied de la place bellecour. L'hôtel est joliment décoré, calme et le personnel est accueillant. Il y a du choix au petit déjeuner et la nourriture proposée est de qualité.
L'ascenseur est tombé en panne à deux reprises et comme nous étions au 5eme étage, ce n'était pas agréable de faire la montée à plusieurs reprises. Et la salle du petit déjeuner est trop étroite, donnant sur la porte d'entrée et collée à la réception ce qui n'était pas idéal.
