Cons:

the room is small, needs to be upgraded. The bathroom without the open shower, where all water goes to everywhere - toilet, towels y etc. On their booking I didn’t see this type of the bathroom. The breakfast is very poor

Perfect for a visit to Lyon!
Pros:

We had a short but wonderful stay - the staff are superb, the location very convenient, and the price is reasonable. Special thanks to Stephanie and Arus for all your help! The other staff, Aksana (?) and the young lady with glasses who's name we didn't catch were also very helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast, and thoughtful touches like lending a glass water bottle to refill during your stay.

Cons:

Maybe a little more hanging space / shelving space, but that's a minor quibble.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles, mais qui en mérite tout juste 3. Comment est-ce possible ? Chambre ridiculement minuscule, serviettes de toilette élimées, aucune bouteille d’eau (seulement de l’eau filtrée sur demande à la réception), bien sûr pas de cafetière expresso, juste une bouilloire avec du café soluble. Ils annoncent Parking Privé, oui mais le parking doit être réservé à l’avance par téléphone, mais à aucun moment cela est précisé sur Booking. 8 places seulement, vite complet donc nous avons donc dû nous garer dans un parking privé voisin (heureusement il n’était pas complet) , pour un coût de 50 € la nuit. Les prestations ne sont clairement pas au niveau d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. A fuir si vous êtes dans l’esprit d’un vrai confort. Nous avons pris la chambre « double privilège », tarif affiché jusqu’à 500 € la nuit !!!!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Lyon with easy walkability. The rooms were wonderful and very well appointed. Bed was comfortable and the A/C was great! The breakfast in the morning is absolutely worth it - amazing food!
