RECEPTION HOURS : at Boathaven Bay Holiday Apartments are open from 9am until 5pm, check in from 2pm until 5pm, after hour check in until 9pm is available, please contact the hotel prior to arrange, check in later than 9pm is not possible. Please note credit surcharge of 1.5% applies to Visa and MasterCard, 3% applies to American Express. A $200 credit card pre auth is required at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts. We are a cashless business.

Boathaven Spa Resort is unable to accommodate bookings for school leavers (‘schoolies’) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests are required to present a valid credit card and valid photo ID upon check in (at least 1 guest must be 18 years of age or older). The hotel’s Terms Of Stay must be signed – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Very dated and feels like the apartment needs a good deep clean. That being said, it was much cheaper than other apartments in the area so you get what you pay for :)

Glad it waz only short, not impressed with standard

Floor had a film of cleaner and very sluppery tiles, sliding door to outside waz nearly jamed it waz so tight on runner , dirt in tracks, internet and tv had bad coverage , parking was very poor also

Lovely stay in a beautiful part of the world, easy access to where we needed to go.
Pros:

We had a lovely apartment room with an incredible view and hot tub.
There was lots of space and we utilised the washing/drying facilities to good effect.
We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the pool or bbq but saw other guests using them.

Cons:

Not overly keen on the bathroom and particularly the shower (tiles) but no real complaints about anything at the property - disappointed my note for the champagne to be in the room on the 15th rather than given to us at check in as this almost gave away the surprise for when we came back from our trip having gotten engaged, but understand this could have been a communication error

Pros:

Super comfortable apartment, in great condition, as well as clean and organised. Everything we needed, or might need was there, or available.

Cons:

Hot tub on balcony had only enough for one. Mind you, there is a much bigger one in the public area, only a small issue that did not take away from the place.
