Perfect location, great views, would return!

Cons:

Trop rigide pour les départs tardifs, même lorsque l hôtel est moitié vide. Être professionnel au check in, c est bien, laisser un bon souvenir au check out, c est mieux

Beautiful location, clean facility, staff not helpful or enthusiastic

Cons:

Night one we had to borrow linen from other people as they didn’t leave our linen for us. When I told staff the next day they had linen bought up but didn’t seem at all concerned or apologetic. There was no verbal information about the cockatoos, no verbal info on facilities, busses or sight seeing, they basically checked us in and that was it. Not overly welcoming or informative at all.

Ci aspettavamo la vacanza da sogno e non è stato così

Ci sono i Wallaby nel giardino ma se anche non soggiorni qui li troverai ovunque

Cons:

Appartamento vecchio, pulizia scarsa. Attenzione ai cacatua, a noi hanno fatto un disastro in terrazzo. Pochi servizi e niente colazione, non merita assolutamente il prezzo pagato.
Poi indipendentemente dalla struttura nel periodo del nostro soggiorno c’era bassa marea dalle 10 alle 19 e quindi la maggior parte della giornata la vista non era quella che ci aspettavamo.

Pros:

Conveniently located, stunning views, clean with key amenities provided, friendly team. Very happy with our stay at WAHI! Definitely recommend for families and couples.

Cons:

The acoustic performance wasn’t the best. During the day, we would often hear construction/maintenance work. We still had a great time nonetheless!

Pros:

The island ,the view !

Cons:

Overwhelming odour of bleach in the room.
Peeling paint in bathroom, no exhaust fan.
Outdated decor, which doesn't give a holiday vibe. Depressing furniture.
WW002 is right next to Reef View where there is major works and staff yelling loudly. Maybe not worth the money. Photos online may look ok but its how you feel when in the accommodation.

Perfect location, great family accom!
Pros:

Second stay at WAHI - and the room is a great size for our family of five. Even though the shuttle bus wasn’t running to the property, it was a short stroll to the next stop, and it is a convenient way to travel.

Cons:

Nothing - only hiccup was our room wasn’t available at check in (and notice other guests also waiting).

Cons:

There’s no place near by to get a coffee in the morning. They’re supposed to have a coffee truck but wasn’t working . Also there’s no dishwasher in the kitchen!!!
