Lovely sea /reef view
Large clean pool
Friendly and helpful staff always very helpful. Had a wonderful experience on the island even though the weather was cloudy. Moko one of the beach front attendants give me a helpful run down of the reef and we were able to snorkel with sting suits at low tide. We saw some turtles and a sting ray. More than happy 😊
Location, Staff
Rooms were dirty and outdated
Cockroaches in rooms
Location was great. Staff very attentive and helpful.
We notice some mold/mildew on the back of the toilet door
Very central to everything the best accommodation in the island
It was a bit stuff and hot in the terrace restaurant
Loved the room, it was huge, and the facilities at the hotel and Hamilton island in general. We didn’t stay long enough to get best use of the facilities but couldn’t actually afford to stay any longer it was so expensive. But lovely hotel and the staff were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
Very expensive but everything in Hamilton island is expensive so it’s probably not that bad in comparison to the other accommodation options.
Everything was great
Cute cockatoos
Too expensive and same food menu everyday nothing different menu
Location, location. Some lights not working in room. Business centre quiet noisy. Everything else top shelf!
The location, view and staff were really good. However, the hotel could improve so much if they just focus on little things like cleaning the room properly, the common areas were also dirty and the furniture are really outdated. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel again tbh
The proximity to everything and the ease if the shuttle
The pool at the restaurant was a little bland. I didn’t understand if you could order drinks or not
The view from the room was lovely
Very busy
Everything was just amazing. It may be expensive but if you can afford it, it's worth the money.
