Location and view were excellent. The tall. Blonde haired Conceirge (sorry but I can’t remember his name). Very helpful and attentive. Bus transfer service excellent.
Room was very old. Bathroom ventilation was poor. No extraction fan. Refrigerator froze drinks and food. Told staff and no action taken. Cleaning staff arrived to clean room at 8:30am. This is far too early. When you asked them to come back later you had to asks Guest Services to organise. Room service food arrived warm at best and couldn’t eat it.

虽然贵点但是很值得，下飞机把行李放在接驳车旁边，人家就会把行李帮你搬上去，然后送到酒店门口，走的时候到了机场发现有个行李漏了没拿，接着坐下一趟接驳车去了酒店拿上赶回来，几分钟就完事一点不耽误，退房是十点以为11点没注意看，超了半小时，但是前台姐姐说没关系给你免了，走吧，风景也超好，我们住的7楼，给大家窗外风景苹果live图原相机无滤镜作参考，只要有太阳风景绝美，我们来了四天都晴天也是很幸运

Location and views from the balcony were fantastic. Staff excellent. The room was laid out well. Pools were good and the fact you could use other hotels to get some variety of pool type was great. Island shuttle was really useful from outside hotel door and a wide range of activities available all within walking distance from the hotel.
Room was very tired. Bathroom in poor condition. Grout was dirty, doors didn’t fit properly. The bar lounge was very tired and very sparse not comfortable and inviting. Fabric seats on balcony were dirty from cockatoos. It didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.
Shit quality and dusty and dirty room with bits falling apart

Housekeeping not cleaning floors and missing days. Made it feel like three star experience. One morning loud banging on door saying housekeeping had said lock not working but it was! Very poor no apology!!!
The room was spacious, clean and well maintained with daily cleaning and freshening up. The beds were comfortable and the entire stay was just wonderful
