Pretty good but could be better.
Pros:

Great location, spacious apartment with everything you need. Great facilities for a family.

Cons:

We booked 2 double beds and 2 single beds but ended up with 1 double and 4 single beds. In need of some maintenance particularly the sliding doors on the beach side. Also couldn’t access the pool and our front balcony most of the time due to work being done on the building.

Spacious, minutes from the beach and super transit friendly!
Pros:

The view of the apartment we stayed in was spectacular, the flat was spacious and very comfortable and close to transport and minutes from beach

Cons:

Only thing that needs to be changed immediately in this unit is the placemats on the beautiful but a tad wobbly round table in the dining area- they are done for, There was construction and we could not use the pool because of it, and one day there was no water and no compensation was made for this situation - could have extended our check out time at least, but it is a business in the end.

Unfortunately renovations were underway and while understandable, car parking became an issue with not being able to access the carpark and contractors taking street parking

Convenient on main beach
Pros:

I liked the location. Easy to get onto the Gold Coast highway, bus stop close by, and close to the beach with great views. Was spacious and the pool area was nice.

Cons:

Repairs on the building meant we had to move our car onto the street before 7:30am if we were going out later. Booked for a whole week so we had to buy extra loo paper as there were two rolls for a family of five. One sachet of dishwasher powder and laundry powder for a week. No face cloths and only four towels.
