Pros:

Great views of ocean, easy walk to dinning outlets on Tedder Avenue. About 30-minute walk to Cavill Avenue
Bus stop close for Sea World pickups. Easy walk to Tedder Avenue to catch Light Rail services.

Cons:

BBQ area closed for repairs.

Pros:

Loved the location. Easy short walk to trams and buses. Close to seaworld and Surfers Paradise. 1min walk directly over the road to a patrolled beach .

Cons:

Was a bit noisy at night sometimes. However we do live in the country with double glazing so are not used to city's and nighttime noise.

Great views
Pros:

Michael was very helpful, the space was great, the views were fantastic, plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Cons:

There were long, black hairs in the bathroom and hallway, the windows are dirty, the sandwich maker was filthy, the toilet paper was single layer.
