Nice 3 day break , would stay again if I could have a ground floor unit
Pros:

Proximity to Broadbeach shopping centre a tram. Good selection of TV channels. Clean and under covered car parking.

Cons:

Difficult to get into after hours as the key box is behind a locked gate . I had to wait for someone to let me in, there is no lift. If you are elderly you need to ask for a ground floor unit.

Loved it - would stay again
Pros:

Great location and Lucky in reception is brilliant.
She goes above and beyond. Air conditioned and a fan.
Super comfortable bed.
Large balcony with chairs and table.

Cons:

There is no lift so if you’d struggle getting your luggage up and down request a low floor.

The unit was close to everything we needed, but a little run down.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the beach, coffee shops, public transport and shopping centres. The street was quiet, however in February 2026 when we stayed it looked like a big build was about to start directly across the street.

Cons:

The unit was not one of the recently renovated units, so it was old and tired. The kitchen utensils and pans etc were also old and tired and some were broken.
Cleaning was below par, for example the dishwasher stank when opened as the filter had rotting food in it from previous occupants.

Room was nice enough but needs a few repairs to make the stay better for others
Pros:

Unit had been refurbished so was modern. Nice TV etc.

Cons:

Light in the bedroom kept flicking on and off
Wifi not working properly - dropping out (was given a different room)
Dryer did not work properly - kept beeping
Pots and pans are extremely small - can only cook single serve
Cupboards difficult to open

Pros:

Good location and convenient apartment, it has everything you need. Carpets should be changed as it makes a bit of smell due to humidity in the area.

Cons:

Staff was rude and their check in instructions were not so clear, they make you dependent on a cell reception so you can call the property when you have check in out of working hours, which I did not have cell reception, so I was desperately waiting at the door. Someone from the neighbors let me in. Otherwise, who knows how long I had to be waiting there. When I made my complaint at the reception next day about this, they were yelling at me and claiming that they do not see messages on booking.com but excuse me why are you on booking then? I did not like the behavior of the staff, they should improve their check in solution and approach.
