Pros:

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The facilities were good, and overall the accommodation was comfortable.

Cons:

However, our experience with one of the middle-aged female staff members at reception was disappointing. During our stay, we were unable to locate our package and asked for assistance, but she was not helpful and showed little interest in resolving the issue. In addition, we were not informed that the apartment provided essential items such as toilet paper and laundry detergent, which caused unnecessary inconvenience during our stay.

Not worth it
Pros:

The location was good. Pool looked good.

Cons:

The place was very run down. It advertised air-conditioning but the remote control was removed,we don't know if it worked or not.. The towels and tea towel were new and hadn't been washed, I had to wash them so they dried. The tea towel left fluff on everything. There were 2 chairs on the veranda and they both broke. My wife who weighs 70kg sat on one and it almost collapsed under her. The lounge suite had a cover on it that did not fit and was very annoying. The only chair was very uncomfortable. The shower you couldn't get the temperature of the water to stay as it kept changing. The bed was not at all comfortable it felt like it had come from a secondhand shop. Or was extremely old. Overall very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location and close to the beach and Broadbeach light rail. We also liked to temperate of the spa- hot

Cons:

The apartment of dirty, had to kill 5 cockroaches, shower pressure was poor. We all woke up with sore necks every day from the soft beds

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Host was extremely helpful and accomodating!! Super friendly and was easy to deal with!! The room we stayed in was very clean - the dishes, washing machines, shower, bed sheets and couch. AC worked really well. No issues with any of the appliances or TV.

Could not wait to get out of there, dreadful place would never go back to there

It was in a good location, easy to check in and check out, nice room, good kitchen and fridge. Washer and dryer was a nice addition.

Cons:

We thought it was weird that they didn't provide milk, and we had to keep asking for toilet paper.

Pros:

The pool and spa plus the location to everything was great,,The plants and greenery was very nice and well kept the grounds were clean and tidy ..

Cons:

The construction across the road was a little bit noisy but nothing to bad but was aware of it,, the carpet in the apartment was a little bit stained in the lounge room the bathroom shower had what look like mould on the wall but not sure it had dark spots on the grout

Had a great time. Great location.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to Pacific Fair and trams. Loved the spa pool. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom shower looks a little worst for wear.
