Not clean bad management leaking dishwasher didn't clean the room or get clean towels or sheets and safety regulations were bad as there were no smoke alarms in the room which is against st the law to accomidate people without fire alarms in place

Pros:

Very clean and spacious apartment in a great location: just a two-minute walk from the beach, five minutes from a huge shopping centre, and three minutes from the tram station with a direct connection to Surfers Paradise.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
I highly recommend it, and if I return to the Gold Coast, I would definitely choose to stay here again

Pros:

Location is very accessible to tram, shopping centres and the beach. Parking is also free on-site.

Cons:

There's no lift if you're carrying heavy luggage.. Rooms are not cleaned properly, hairs in the carpet corners, and stains on the walls.
I needed to ask for the blanket to be replaced because it smells bad and I had skin rashes when I used it just for few minutes.
