The unit was close to everything we needed, but a little run down.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the beach, coffee shops, public transport and shopping centres. The street was quiet, however in February 2026 when we stayed it looked like a big build was about to start directly across the street.

Cons:

The unit was not one of the recently renovated units, so it was old and tired. The kitchen utensils and pans etc were also old and tired and some were broken.
Cleaning was below par, for example the dishwasher stank when opened as the filter had rotting food in it from previous occupants.
UPDATE: The property deducted $89.76 from my credit card and despite me asking around 6 times, both direct and via Booking.com for detail on the reason for the deduction, here I am 8 weeks later I still have no explanation. You claim you have sent a summary; I have supplied my email address but still haven't received any such summary. Beware others!

很满意的一次入住体验。前台小姐姐是中国人，态度很有亲和力，对客人的疑问讲解也很清楚。如果对酒店的服务没有过多的要求，生活可以自理的话，选择住在这里非常不错。
