離博多車站很近，途經Yodobashi內有Lopia超市買吃的很方便，百貨林立，建議在築紫口後再開啟導航，免得多繞一大圈，房間不大但有行李架可使用，行李箱攤開沒問題，房間乾凈，2樓還有製冰機，超讚

住宿附近便利商店、松屋真的方便，房間不會太大，但也足夠
Pros:

1.每天更換毛巾、收垃圾很棒
2.備品牙刷用了都會補
3.床偏硬，枕頭也是很棒，有支撐性

Cons:

1.馬桶有點會堵塞，然後如果一直沖水馬桶水就會流出來
2.廁所有股味道，仔細聞才有感覺，廁所通風是好的

Pros:

早餐有明太子 咖哩飯可以吃! 距離博多車站筑紫口很近(走路不用10分鐘) 從博多車站走到飯店的途中會路過2家全家便利商店，對面有LAWSON，正隔壁有松屋，有一家24HR的藥妝店，有Yodobashi可以逛，Yodobashi 4樓有LOPIA超市可以逛，地點很好! 我住的是雙床房，在房間把2個28吋的行李箱完全打開都沒問題!

Cons:

早餐種類有點少，每天幾乎都是一樣的菜色! 浴室裡的浴缸 洗手台都有陳舊的痕跡。

Comfortable and reasonable price hotel but not happy with the cleanliness of one room
Pros:

Location is good, close to Yodobashi, ABC mart, Daiso and not too far from Hakata station. A lot of delicious food nearby. Reasonable price. Hotel provide some Japanese treats during check-in time. Room and bed is comfortable. Toilet is clean and standard. Ice-making machine available for free. Washing machine is also available (but have to pay). Wifi signal is good.

Cons:

On the check-in day, when we open one room, we found that the smell is really bad like some animals die inside. We inform the receptionist and want to change to room. But the receptionist just said that give her 30 minutes to clean the room. We don't think that the smell can be got rid of by simple cleaning so we took her to observe the smell at the room and she still resist. So we just let her try and hope that when we got back at night everything will be fine. We came back again around 9pm and found that the smell was still very bad just like before we got out. We told the receptionist again (same person) that the room still smell really bad and just found out that she did not ask maid to clean the room, but just spray the air refresher. We took her to the room again to show how bad the smell was and at the end she agreed to change the room for us.

I just think it would be better if she let us change the room at the beginning (because other rooms are still available) and deal with the smell later instead of saying that we should wait for 30 min to clean the room. I also think maids have to pay more attention with the cleanliness of the rooms before giving the room to the guests.
