Convenient
Pros:

The hotel room was spacious and our room was facing the port. Amenities were great. They provided Nespresso machine in the room. The mall is connected to the mall next door. Breakfast options were great. A mixed of western and Japanese menu. Quite surprised to see clam chowder served during breakfast. Had a very nice stay in this hotel.

A good value for money comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is grand and spacious. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was good - it is attached to a shopping mall. It is located right on the water and we paid for an upgrade for a water view which was delightful. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

I understand that it calls itself "eco friendly" which is great that they are thinking about the environment. So they dont change the sheets every day (saves power from not washing) which I understand. They empty the rubbish bins and provide new towels. However, I really don't understand how not cleaning surfaces would be saving the environment - it is really only physical labour involved. I would have liked them to have given the room a bit of a better clean.

The hotel would have been lovely in it's day - however it is tired and needing renovation. The furniture is scratched and stained. Our floor lamp was torn and leaning to one side.

My mattress was hard - my daughter's was OK - so I guess there is some variation.

My most important suggestion would be to put some charger points on either side of the bed.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and inviting, and the mountain view from the room was lovely. The room itself was really spacious and clean !

Pros:

外に出なくてもウィングベイの施設で買い物や食事には困りません。静かでゆっくり寝れました。

Cons:

昼にホテルのレストランも覗いたのですが、1,2品は軽めの軽食が有れば良かったかと思います。

没有舒适安宁宾至如归的住宿体验。我的手机13801988448，期待沟通。
Pros:

我预定的是2个双床间，4个成人。根据你们的许可，我只用两位名字预定了两个房间。到了酒店，前台说，因为房间只有一位客人姓名，2个房间只能两位客人入住，即便是双床房也不行。我感觉这个理解非常错误，要求与酒店经理交涉，他们表示没有经理，也无法英语交流，服务态度很不友好。早餐也只能两位客人使用，还要收另外两位客人的费用。多次沟通均无效。感觉极差，这是我在日本多次旅行中遇到服务最差的酒店。

Cons:

酒店设施比较陈旧，房间地毯污渍明显，卧具僵硬体感沉重，与网上描述有很大差距。
酒店服务水平很差，前台基本都不懂英语，也不懂世界通行的酒店规矩，态度自傲。

Pros:

Very convinient, next to Aeon Supermarket. Clean and have comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was more expensive than at other hotels I've stayed at in Hokkaido. It would be great if the hotel offered a discount on parking for guests staying multiple nights.

Good.
Pros:

Big room

Cons:

Lack of services- called front desk for laundery to let them know there will be a bag to pick up and the details - they confirmed then once back end of the day nothing had happened and they told me next day is sunday so it wont be available. Also we were 2 adults 1 kid - towel were not provided in sufficient qties - minor issues but over all a lack of service
