Pros:

せっかくの旅行だったのに…
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったところ

Cons:

今時観光地の宿泊施設なのに大浴場がないのはがっかり。
室内の空調が冷房しか出ず、夜は寒い中寝たおかげで風邪をひいてしまった。
館内着がタンスの中に直で入っており、タンスの木の臭い匂いがついていて不快だった。
景色が山側の方を選んだが、山なんてもんじゃない。きったない工業施設の屋根を見させられて気分が下がった。山側っていうよりも汚い屋根の印象が強くて最悪でした。
これであの値段はちょっと信じられないぼったくり。
もう二度と行きません。

Pros:

Room was very big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. View of otaru mountains was also nice. Staff were helpful. Location was good and parking available.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft. Facilities a bit dated but functional nonetheless.

Pros:

Excellent service from the front desk, helped us organise taxi and massage . It was very clean and the room we had was large , plenty of room and a good size bathroom. The ocean view was lovely. Access straight to a shopping mall was a bonus.

まだ滞在していたかったくらい快適でした。
Pros:

二回目の利用です。朝食は、地元の食材や北海道の食材をしっかり工夫されていて大変美味しくいただきました。
ウィングベイ小樽の中にホテルがあるので
行き来できるのが良いです。
ロケーションも良かったです。
部屋のコーヒーマシンがあるのが良かったです。
スタッフさんの接客も良かったです。

地下に駐車場があり、1650円/泊

Cons:

案内された温泉が夜閉まっており、他も時間的に行けなくなった。コンビニもかなり距離あり、不便な立地。設備も古い、アメニティなど最低レベル。山側は景色も貧素で海側は価値があるかも知れない。館内から自由に展望できる場所も無さそうです。
