Highly recommend staying at the Grand Park Otaru Hotel
Pros:

We have used Grand Park Otaru Hotel on 4 or 5 previous occasions so we know it well. The size of the room, the view, the close proximity to shopping and restaurants and the helpfulness of the hotel staff have always been factors that keep us returning to this property.
Some of the other hotels we stayed have cut down their services such as daily room cleaning but Grand Park Otaru has tried to maintain their services and its very much appreciated.
We always make it a point to end our trip at Otaru as the Rapid Airport train to Chitose Airport starts from Otaru and by boarding our transit train here, the trains are empty and easily accessible from Otaruchikko station.

Cons:

Perhaps it is due to the economy in Japan, we noticed that a few of the shops are now shuttered and the Aeon Mall is not the same as during the pre covid period. Some of the restaurants that we frequented before are no longer there.

Above average with the price you paid for.
Pros:

Good view, good location, spacious room

Cons:

Parking should be free of charge for customers who stay in the hotel or at least have some discount.
There is no air conditioning in the room which makes the room not too comfortable and hard to sleep well.

マイカル小樽と近くて、動きやすい。部屋が広くて、おしゃれ。夜中にトイレの水が出なくなり，呼ぶとすぐに来てくださり、直してくれたこと

初めての小樽を楽しめました！
Pros:

海側のお部屋だったので景色がとても良かったです。
お部屋の広さも十分で清潔感もありました。

Cons:

シャワーの温度調節が難しく時間が掛かった点が少し残念でした。

Old and dusty, needs renovation
Pros:

I thought I will have a blast at this location but its was just a disappointment.
Service was nice but they have a limited power to change or to improve the Hotel.
Sadly I can’t recommend this hotel, it’s need a complete renovation outside and inside.
