Pros:

A quality hotel. Comfortable rooms with a great view over the town onto the mountains. Attached to a shopping mall it’s very convenient. Parking is easy and well priced.

Nice for a couple of nights in Otaruchikko
Pros:

I liked the check-in process and the friendliness of the staff at all times.

Cons:

Hotel is old and needs a bit of love. Some decent flat screen TVs would be a start. a couch that's big enough for 2 people. I recommend that the hotel turns the heating on for guests on check-in date. After a long days travel I found the room incredibly cold and it took a long time to heat up.
