Pros:

部屋が広くて綺麗でした

海側の部屋じゃなかったので、ロケーションが良くなかった
朝食を予約時にメールでお願いしてありましたが、伝わっていなかった、メールに承知しましたと返事をいただいていましたのに

値段の割には最低限のサービスのみだったかな

お部屋もキレイで広くて清潔感がありました。

Cons:

築年数の関係だと思いますが、今時USBの充電差し込みが無いのと、ベッド回りにコンセントが無いのは残念でした。フロントに言えばレンタルできるとかってシステムかもしれませんが、だとしても後からは面倒だなと。
レンタルシステムがあるならチェックインの時に必要か聞いてもらうとかならまだ。
それと、冷蔵庫にホテルで食べようと思っていたスイーツを忘れて帰ったんですが、特に連絡もなく。連絡が来たら処分していただくつもりではあったけど、ちょっとモヤモヤしてます。他に何か忘れていても知らん顔なのかな～とか。

今度は小樽駅の近くのホテルが便利ですね。
Pros:

スタッフが親切だった事。小樽駅からはタクシーで行ったが、近くに一つ前の駅があり、そこからなら、歩いて7分くらいで便利でした。

Cons:

食べるところが近くになかった事。連結通路からイオンの中の2階の寿司屋に行ったがネタがあまり良くなかったのと、早く閉まるし、ラストオーダーが7:30で、ゆっくり食べられなかった。

せっかくの旅行だったのに…

朝食が美味しかったところ

Cons:

今時観光地の宿泊施設なのに大浴場がないのはがっかり。
室内の空調が冷房しか出ず、夜は寒い中寝たおかげで風邪をひいてしまった。
館内着がタンスの中に直で入っており、タンスの木の臭い匂いがついていて不快だった。
景色が山側の方を選んだが、山なんてもんじゃない。きったない工業施設の屋根を見させられて気分が下がった。山側っていうよりも汚い屋根の印象が強くて最悪でした。
これであの値段はちょっと信じられないぼったくり。
もう二度と行きません。

Pros:

Room was very big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. View of otaru mountains was also nice. Staff were helpful. Location was good and parking available.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft. Facilities a bit dated but functional nonetheless.
