Close to the train station and attached to the mall.

Cons:

The carpet was stained, dirty and cigarette burns. I told the front desk, just to make sure we didn’t get blamed for it. I also showed one of the cleaning staff. I took a photo of one area, but the stains were all over the room. Looked like coffee stains.

오타루 그랜드 파크호텔 만족 입니다~
Pros:

전철역이 가깝고 쇼핑센터와 연결되어 있어 편리했습니다
방 크기도 일본 호텔치고는 큰편이라 지내기 안락하고
특히 키로로 스키장가는 버스가 호텔 메인도어 앞에서 출도착 하여 매우 편리했습니다

Great retro spot in Otaru!
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, great breakfast buffet! Cool retro vibes and views of the harbor. The staff was very accommodating following our travel delays.

Cons:

Location a bit far from Otaru town but positive is that it’s literally connected by a mall to the JR Otaruchikko station so it’s convenient for public transportation travel.

Convenient hotel near Otaru canal and Main Street.
Pros:

The staffs provided good hospitality service, Teppayaki in the restaurant was so good and reasonable price. The location is just closed to Otaru Main Street.

Cons:

The room actually needs to be renovated. The bed quality is out-date so we may not sleep comfortably.

매번 다시찾는 그랜드파크오타루.
Pros:

오타루시내와 거리가 있어서 이동비용 및 이동에 어려움은 있으나 그덕에 매우 조용하며 오타루칫코역부터 이어진 이온쇼핑몰과 센터네 각종 시설들로 불편함이 없음. 10:00~20:00사이에만 도착한다면 호텔과 칫코역이 실내로 이어져서 폭설이나 악천후에도 편안하게 다닐수 있음. 넓은 객실과 탁월한 전망 또한 그랜드파크를 다시찾은 이유임. 조식식당의 전망도 좋고 마운틴뷰도 눈만오면 나쁘지않음. 또한 이온수퍼마켓의 먹거리와 센터내 식당도 다양함. 다만 수퍼외에는 폐점시간이 빨라서 항상 시간에 쫓김.

Cons:

1층 쇼핑몰 연결통로앞으로 약간의 정보안내가 있지만 일반대중교통이나 이동에 관한 성실한 안내가 부족. 버스는 없다 정도가 안내였고, 주변인근 스키장도 좀더 준비된 자료가 있으면 좋겠다. 구글이나 인터넷을 통해서 미리 알아가기는했지만....그정도 정보는 스키보더도 많이 방문하는 호텔로서 지역경제에도 상부상조할수 있는 아이템이 아닐까....지역이 오타루시내에서도 조금 떨어진만큼 인근의 몇안되는 시설이용에 대한 안내도 추가된다면 고객만족도가 매우 올라갈것 같습니다. 조식은 5일내내 똑같아서 힘들었다.....
