Cons:

The hotel is all around nasty to be in that location the whole building needs to be renovated in my opinion fix the plumbing issues the hallway stink it’s just a bad experience all the way around to be in Dearborn. Then when you try to get a refund, they tell you have to wait on the manager that took three days and I still didn’t get a refund. I ended up just booking somewhere else.

The bed sheets had old blood stains on it , the carpet was filthy and I found old dirty socks under the mattress and candy wrapper . The housekeeping manager tried to tell me that she herself changed the bed sheets but clearly she didn’t.

Horrible stay not worth a penny!

Cons:

Floors are dirty, carpet!!! Stains everywhere. Forget about breakfast just left without eating! Pool not known what chemicals are used and what you will get after swimming there.

Pros:

The room.

Cons:

The noise of other guests,kids running around the halls,people playing loud music over my head,couldn't enjoy the pool because the same people stayed in there for 6-7 hours,wasn't even big enough for my friend and I to get in. I'll never book here again

The hotel needs upgrade.
Pros:

This hotel needs more cleaning and the carpets have outlived it's usefulness. General face lift of this facility is highly recommended.

Room comfortable, breakfast totally lacking
Pros:

Our room was clean.

Cons:

We had a 1 in sq of soap between 4 people. Breakfast was scanty. Place seems to have problems, coffee not ready, whole bowl cream cheese one day, none the next. Breakfast attendant needs to be attending rather than tucked away in the kitchen on a phone. I paid expecting certain things, they need to be available
