trash laying around hotel in hallways and stair ways
staff is rude and act like they cannot help you or that you should do stuff for yourself
they have door that don’t shut 100%

Horrible and did not stay here we checked out within the hour
Pros:

This booking was cancelled and a refund should have been issued the hotel was extremely nasty and we checked out and requested a full refund and went to another hotel.

I didnt like this hotel. It was reviewed as a 3 star hotel which I personally felt was high.
Pros:

The hotel did move me to a better room but only after dealing with attitude from staff after my complaint.

Cons:

-Shower in the room I was in didnt work
-At first only wanted to have me take a shower in another room
-staff gave me a hard time about shower not working
-A piece of clothing in another room I booked came up missing
-Staff didn't want to review security cameras to see if someone was in the room to figure out if the piece of clothing was stolen.

Everyone was very professional and respectful of others. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again and recommend others.
