Pros:

Everyone was very professional and respectful of others. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again and recommend others.

When I checked in around 7pm or something, there were no towels in my room… I felt like it wasn’t clean… plus the only room they could provide on the 2nd day didn’t have two beds like we needed… due to tub being broke…I made sure they had a tub before booking… got there and the tub was broke…. Elevator was out… I had a lot of things to carry with a 1 and 4 year old up to the 4th floor… Called multiple times for towels and rags had to walk back down to get some and still they didnt have enough… couldn’t get breakfast because it was sooooooo many kids everywhere… food was gone…they should of checked to make sure they had the right amount of people in each room… because that was too many kids… got the hotel for the pool because my daughter wanted to get in but it was too many kids… experience was terrible… the attendant when I arrived was rude and letting people cut the line in front of us. All Bad…

I Won't Stay Again
Pros:

The size of the room, the hot tub, and the wifi. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The noise level, the numerous police visits, kids and teenagers running around the hotel unattended. It was messy, loud, and the staff wasn't really able to do much about what was going on. Teenagers were stealing from the hotel store. It was like a daycare center. Multiple parties where you could barely check in. Never again. There was running, jumping, and booming all night until after 2 am. I left and came back. Kids were everywhere so I didn't eat breakfast. Worst first experience ever.

Nothing I did not get shot or jacked up and my car was not broken into. Ty

I had to make 5-7 complaints about kids running in the halls thumping the floor nothing was done ..do not stay here they cater to ghetto trash parties unless you like the weed sent in the whole place .. not even joking ..

Pros:

The room was clean. The exterior of the building was inviting.

Cons:

There were no hand towels.
The shower had only condition and no body soap or shampoo. There was only one bar of soap in the room
The shower was stained and very difficult to get into due to the extremely high bathtub.
