It was the worst place to stay at.
Pros:

The hotel is in town which is great location.

Cons:

The hotel was a great let down, the ved was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The reception promised a register shuttle to the airport but I got a private vehicle that felt unsafe and lied to.

Superb hotel, close to town.
Pros:

Extremely helpful staff as soon as we drove into the property, all luggage brought to the room after checking in. Room air conditioning, large comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room. Superb restaurant on site, serving good quality food, breakfast was wonderful. Lovely looking swimming pool, in lovely grounds.

the rooms are not sound proof. you could literally hear everything by people passing through the corridor needless to say those passing by were also hearing voices and sounds from the room.

Enjoyed good service over all.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Thought meat products could be more local. More leafy Salads and fresh fruits.
More variety of bread, variety of herbal tea at night, mean packets of Jam.
But loved variety of sadza Millet each day.
Would love to come and stay again.

More local meat like chicken, mbudzi, variety of sausages.

Nice friendly staff and a big room but everything else was below my expectations

I liked the friendly staff

Cons:

The room was just ordinary more like a guest room in a guesthouse somewhere and not a hotel room. You could at least try to decorate the room and add another simple chair so that 2 people can have a meal by the table.
