Tired hotel in need of total refurbishment

Nothing much to like, may be the shampoo?

Cons:

This hotel desperately needs a renovation. Having stayed here in 2019, I returned with fond memories but found the facilities completely neglected. The bathroom was dirty and needs new tiling, while the bed was hard and highly uncomfortable. I have already cancelled my upcoming week-long reservation because the current standard is not worth the money.

Cresta Oasis is a good hotel - definitely budget friendly and very well located in the city centre
Pros:

The hotel is well maintained in spite of its age; above all the staff are very courteous and helpful. Their care made my stay worthwhile - front desk team was excellent.

Cons:

The window needs a change; they are old: Allows the cold air to seep inside the room.
