Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything, especially the street lined with homeless and loud yelling all night long from apparent drug addicts.
Even witness a drug deal.
Too frightened to leave room
To make things worse i had to remake the bed as it was made up with the mattress upside down...AND a heavy metal band played venue right next door attracting more raucous noise.
Also zero soundproofing

Pros:

Rien ! On a payé pour une suite 2 lit queen + 1 sofa lit et on nous a donné 1 minuscule chambre avec 1 lit simple de la taille d'un demi studio ! Le personnel voulais rien savoir de nous donner se que nous avons payé pour et ne voulais pas non plus nous rembourser ou nous donner d'autres chambres pour convenir à nos besoins (nous étions 3). De plus la chambre était extrêmement crade sale et humide. Ce sont des arnaqueurs ne vous faites pas avoir avec leurs suites à 350$ !

The hotel is located in a very unpleasant area, with people who appeared to be drug users hanging around outside. The parking lot is also very far away, which made me feel even more unsafe.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As soon as I entered the room, I decided to check out immediately, even though I had already paid. I did not feel safe staying there, so I had to find another hotel. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

Nothing. The hotel is a disaster. The pictures do not match the reality of what it really is. I have much more to add.

Cons:

Booking.com needs to review whether it should continue to be listed on your platform in its current condition.

The hotel was located in an area where I felt very unsafe, particularly at night. More importantly, the property itself looked nothing like the photos presented on Booking.com. In person, I found the hotel to be extremely run-down and dirty, and I did not feel that the online listing accurately represented the condition of the property.

There were also serious security concerns. Entry to the hotel required a passcode, but the passcode I had been provided did not work because it had apparently been changed or updated. I had not been notified of the new code.

Most concerning of all, I was unable to properly lock my room door from the inside. This made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable staying there.  When I proceeded to leave in the morning, the person at the front desk was sleeping and offered no help.

There was also very loud street noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. In my opinion, the property requires major renovations and significant improvements to cleanliness and security before it should be offered to travellers.

I have photographs showing the actual condition of the property and would be happy to provide them. I strongly encourage Booking.com to investigate this property and compare its current condition with the photographs and description being used on the Booking.com listing.

I would also appreciate a response explaining what action Booking.com will take regarding my concerns, particularly the inability to securely lock the room from inside.

El precio, y la Ubicacion del Hotel. Es muy pequeño pero economicamente razonable.

Cons:

Muy Chiquitos, Baños comparticos, no tiene acensor en todos los pisos, la limpieza ya que encontre un insecto en mi habitacion.

Deceptive AI altered Images online, in person the place is run down
Cons:

DO NOT BOOK! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT. This place used altered, probably AI enhanced, images of their rooms online and was in terrible shape in person. All furniture was scuffed, the AC was duct taped, and there were screws sticking out of the bed frame. I checked in dropped off my stuff to enjoy my vacation and was not able to really inspect the place until later in the evening.

It was so bad that I had to change hotels. The hotel refused a cancellation and the manager hung up the phone on me while I was speaking to try to find a resolution since they did not get back to me during my trip. I said "I want to give you the opportunity to do the right thing" and the manager responded with "I don't want your opportunity" before hanging up on me as I was speaking. A completely terrible experience that if not for me changing hotels immediately, could have completely ruined what was supposed to be my birthday vacation.

Pour ceux qui se contentent du strict minimum.
Pros:

L'emplacement est central (quartier des spectacles, 10 minutes à pieds du centre des congrès)
Lit confortable

Cons:

Propreté de la toilette commune laisse à désirer
Chambre très spartiates: un lit, un lavabo, une télé. Pas de garde-robes ni crochets pour les vêtements ou de table pour travailler.
