Le lit est 0 confortable, il y a un creux dans le milieu du lit qui fait qu’on roule dedans😂 Et il n’y a qu’un oreiller par personne.

Le joint de la douche est brisé, une grande flaque d’eau au sol après chaque douche.

L’air clim est posé entre 2 planches de bois dans la seule fenêtre de la chambre (côté Sainte-Catherine) donc on entend tous les bruits de la rue comme si on y était….

La « chambre double » équivaut à un 1 1/2, pas du tout représentatif des photos sur leur site… photos qui ont été retouché pour rendre la chambre plus attrayante (des trous semi-plâtrés/semi re-peinturé en 2-3 teintes différentes

Pour 2 nuits à 2 personnes, il y avait 2 serviettes de douche et 2 débarbouillettes. Pas de serviette à main ou de serviettes pour le sol en sortant de la douche (qui on se rappelle faisait une flaque d’eau…)
Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout!😅

bedroom has no hanging stand

The windows are quite thin, so it can get loud at night from the street noise, but having said that, I’ve stayed at 5* hotels in Montreal which are equally loud overnight. Could do with updating the check in instructions so it’s obvious that there will be someone at reception to check you in.

Mauvaise information sur la grandeur de la chambre, malgré que jai pris le temps d'appeler le jour de ma réservation. Salle de bain commune défectueuse et malpropre. Literie non approprié et vieille bouteille d'eau. Honnêtement, je suis très déçue du peu de qualité de la chambre pour ce montant. C'est d'un ridicule. Zéro représentatif des photos affichées !

Énormément de bruit provenant de l’extérieur de l’hôtel, surtout dû à l’installation amateur de l’air climatisé, salle de bain peu fonctionnelle.

Pictures are totally misleading and inaccurate. I feel Booking.com deceived me. The pictures are for another place, the hotel was located in a bad area where we felt totally unsafe and noisy. The real hotel is an old, extremely tight building, rooms do not even have restrooms, is a public shared small bathrooms for ever floor. When we got off the elevator the carpet was even kind of ripped off the floor. Totally inappropriate and I was charged over 2000 dollars for my stay with my son. My son was scared and we needed to leave and find another hotel in another area. I am filing a claim with the Office de la protection du consommateur. The value was totally ridiculous for what it is.

The location was very loud at night and there was only 1 towel in the room although there were 2 people on the reservation

The location is PATHETIC! So bad that they keep their lobby entrance locked even when the reception is right there. There are hundreds of homeless, beggars and drugged up people right outside the lobby and on that street. EXTREMELY UNSAFE A LOCATION. Stepping out, accessing parking or coming back is always SO DANGEROUS AND SCARY! Do NOT stay here. They need to upgrade and get better at all of the things. They provide just one cheap towel even if you book for a couple or family. Washroom shower is almost dysfunctional. They don’t provide a basic blanket or comforter even if its cold and you request for it. No drinking water or hot kettle either. The street is always so noisy that you won’t get to sleep anytime. Emergency vehicles running throughout the clock because of so many homeless people and their attacks on general public. Running this like a cheap cheap motel. Amenities, facilities, quality of bed, mattress, toiletries etc etc. Do NOT stay here. I NEED A REFUND!!

Didn’t seem like there was air conditioning and unfortunately no hotel parking.
