Hôtel à éviter. Les photos publiées en ligne ne correspondent pas à la réalité des chambres. Un changement de chambre nous a été proposé suite à notre réclamation : la nouvelle chambre correspondait bien à celle des photos, mais nous avons réalisé que ces photos avaient été retouchées.

Problèmes constatés dans les deux chambres occupées :
Première chambre : ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos: chambre exiguë, avec une toute petite fenêtre en grande partie occupée par la climatisation.

Seconde chambre : Literie vieille et abîmée, affaissée au centre, impossible de dormir sans rouler l'un vers l'autre.
Présence d'insectes rampants, au sol et au plafond.
Couloirs de l'établissement dégageant une mauvaise odeur persistante.

Après signalement à l'hôtel puis à Booking, la seule compensation obtenue a représenté 1 à 2% du montant total du séjour, ce qui est largement insuffisant au regard des problèmes rencontrés. Aucune solution satisfaisante n'a été apportée au-delà d'un changement de chambre présentant les mêmes défauts, l'hôtel invoquant un établissement complet (ce qui peut s'entendre). Notre réservation étant non remboursable, nous nous sommes tournés vers Booking, qui, faute d'accord avec l'hôtel, nous a proposé cette compensation dérisoire.

Un prix trop élevé au regard du service obtenu en plus de l'état d'insalubrité de l'établissement. Nous n'avons finalement effectué que 2 nuits sur les 11 initialement prévues. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je ne reviendrai pas.

La réactivité et accueil du gérant qui nous a changé de chambre quand j'ai dit qu'on dormait mal à cause du bruit.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant le soir à cause de la climatisation, on entendait les moteurs autour.

The location is incredible, within walking distance to everything you need and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

The AC unit is quite load so I had to have it off at night and the communal toilet got clogged.

Cons:

Las fotos con que publicitan el hotel a través de Booking son falsas. La habitación "deluxe" era chica, sucia, una cama pésima, un baño sucio y diminuto, nada que ver con lo que muestran. Un total engaño. Estaba bien si hubiéramos pagado un tercio de lo que nos cobraron. Pésimo. Nos sentimos estafados.

Unpleasant stay but good staff.

Cons:

Its old style building with portable air conditioning unit. The unit was very very loud. I just couldn’t sleep or stay inside room for longer duration. I had to check out a day in advance as it was unbearable to spend to another day in the room. Though hotel reception apologized for the inconvenience and promised to fix the situation for the future guests. Hopefully they do. My vacation was unpleasant though.

THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER BEEN IN! DO NOT STAY HERE.
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

-Smells bad.
-Lots of crack heads in the area, not a safe neighborhood for a hotel.
- The club next door is loud, we heard it all night long.
-Room smells like mold, cigarettes.
- Dirty beddings, sheets, bathroom.
- Clogged bathroom sink and toilet
