Super buen lugar para conocer Puerto Varas
Pros:

Hotel de turismo, muy cómodo, una muy buena vista panorámica desde la habitación. Por lo visto evolucionó desde una casa patrimonial, por lo que aunque es grande, la arquitectura es muy bobnita. El personal muy amable, y tienen buen servicio de restaurante, muy bueno el desayuno. El barrio donde se encuentra es super tranquilo, y queda a pasos del centro, por lo que comercios y restaurantes están a minutos caminando. Sólo estuve de paso una noche así que no aproveché otros servicios.

Cons:

Tiene el mismo problema que montones de otros hoteles: el servicio de Internet, la señal a veces es débil y bastante lento, uno termina usando más el teléfono, incluso para conectar el computador.

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, com garagem disponível e quarto espaçoso. Camas muito confortáveis, vista para o lago (no quarto em que ficamos). Próximo a restaurantes muito bons.

Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Allocated a room next to the hotel machinery with a small window and constant noise outside. Upon complaining we were moved to a lovely room upstairs with magnificent views. The threadbare and stained carpet, creaky floorboards and thin walls (snoring neighbours) is sadly letting this historical hotel down.
