Excelente!!
Pros:

Cuando llegamos no tenían registrada nuestra reserva, pero el personal mostró gran predisposición para solucionarlo.
Como no tenían lugar para hospedarnos allí (eran 4 habitaciones), nos dieron un upgrade al otro Radisson (5⭐️) en la costanera del lago.
A partir de allí, todo excelente.

Cons:

Que el restaurante del hotel cierre tan temprano.

El desayuno lo encontré no tan bueno, para ser Radisson. Se podría agregar mayor variedad de frutas y pasteles, como también ingredientes salados.

Pros:

Grata experiencia. Personal muy atento y calificado. Ubicación y ambiente del hotel más que bueno. Mi única crítica está en la limpieza de los tapetes y la cabecera de una cama que estaba rota. Suite 324.

En general siempre es buena experiencia de cuando te reciben hasta tu salida

No pude tomar desayuno ya que recibieron a un grupo de personas el cual no daba la capacidad del comedor . Esperé 15 minutos y me tuve que retirar porque seguían todas las mesas ocupadas .

Café da manhã excelente! Variado. Incluindo uma deliciosa torta Kuchen! Acomodações aconchegantes. Meu quarto tinha uma vista linda. Banheiro muito limpo. Bem localizado. Fui muito bem acolhido pela recepção.
Eu ficaria novamente no mesmo hotel caso fosse novamente para lá.
