Delightful hotel with great team

It is an excellent place to stay, clean, safe, with very helpful staff. I recommend it highly.

Cons:

Too few staff in the morning, who have too many jobs, staffing breakfast room, making specialty coffee drinks, making check out slow. Wish they had a gym. I went to the William Gray hotel to use the one there (was told by Le Petit Hotel it is a sister property only a 10 min walk away). One staff person at William Gray I asked was not aware that Le Petit Hotel guests can use it and was not so nice about helping me get access. Another staff person overheard the conversation and was very kind and provided me a card to get access.

Idéalement situé au cœur du vieux Montréal. Chambre confortable mais pas très spacieuse. Très bonne literie. Salle d’eau bien équipée. Situé dans un immeuble avec beaucoup de charme. Buffet du petit déjeuner correct.

The best hotel you will ever stay at.
Pros:

The most exceptional hotel I have stayed at. Gorgeous, luxurious, the friendliest staff. Our room was unbelievable, with the largest windows and a view of the old street from the balcony. The front reception has a professional espresso machine and they make any type of espresso drink for you at any time, complimentary. The quaint breakfast room serves a delicious, complimentary breakfast every the morning. I wanted to stay there forever! I highly recommend.

Pros:

My wife and I booked a larger room that was perfect and quiet too. Bed was comfy. Bathroom super. Staff were always available and helpful. Breakfast was totally OK. They even had smoked salmon. The Inn's location was perfect for walking both in the old city and into the main part of the town.
