Staff professional, superb location in Old Montreal, great complementary breakfast, rooms spotless.
Pros:

The 5 star Staff was amazing and the service was beyond normal. MERCI to Lawrence,Margo,Anthony, Shecylia Nicole and the rest of the team. Le Petit Vieux Hotel was everything we hoped for during our staying in Old Montreal.

Pros:

Phenomenal location, very walkable. Cute room, comfortable bed, loved the provided coffee and espresso in the lobby.

Cons:

The only thing that I can say is that the shower was pretty mildewed. It was clean, but there was quite a bit of mildew.

Lovely hotel in heard of Vieux-Montreal
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely as well as the all day coffee and tea service. The room was a little quirky in shape but very comfortable for our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The valet parking service went off without a hitch.

I would highly recommend Le Petit Hotel to any first time or regular visitors to Montreal.
Pros:

The location was perfect, situated at heart of Old Montreal. The staff, facilities and amenities were quite a surprise. All the little details like the comfort of the bed sheets to the bathroom shower really stood out.

Nothing really.

Wonderful location in heart of of Montreal near the river. Comfortable, spacious room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

No lounge area for relaxing. Breakfast buffet was basic and eating area small.

Pros:

Location was super. Right in the middle of old town and just a few minutes walk to the Old Port. We loved the availability of excellent coffee all day. Room was very comfortable, although someone kept dragging their chair around over our heads.

Cons:

It was hard to know where to stop the car for valet on the busy street. But not sure what else could have been done.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was great that hot drinks were free and the breakfast was small but high quality!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the walls were very thin and I was woken up by departing guests at 4 AM.

Needed signage out front. We went right past it and then it took us a long time getting back to it because of one way streets. The Marcella bartender came outside and showed me where it was. So thankful for him.
