The suite was very good, good view of the port.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. I think a bowl of plain yoghurt would help, and quicker service for hot tea. Reasonable, selection for breakfast. Could have been better.

Outstanding hotel experience.
Pros:

Gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Right on the harbor side and quiet. Excellent staff, particularly Maria on checkin.

Great Experience
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a week in June. The staff were excellent and very responsive and helpful. The breakfast buffets were good with lots of selection and nice views when seated overlooking the water. The rooms were well appointed and as ours overlooked the harbour we were able to enjoy great views. A couple of small misses with housekeeping but nothing major. Location and proximity to restaurants, a food market and sights was also great. My only issue was we had a rental car and therefore felt we had to use the valet parking which was a little expensive. However it was very convenient and again the gentleman that took care of it provided excellent service so in the end maybe worth it. Overall I highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful from bags to taxi on the way out. Very high end services. The location couldn't be better to explore the city by foot no car needed. Highly recommend

Lovely stay in a great hotel centrally located!
Pros:

Exactly as described! Don’t you hate when you book a hotel room only to be disappointed when you walk into the room and it’s not nearly as nice as pictured in the photos? Well I can assure you that this is a beautiful hotel that won’t disappoint! Very comfy beds, well appointed room and a view of the harbor is gorgeous! Also, don’t miss having dinner at the restaurant, Balcony! Absolutely delicious!

The Bar and food service was slow and below par, needs to be improved. We never recieved 2nd round of drinks for an hour and had to cancel
