Bar service one night extremely slow for food order.
The room was large, clean and well maintained. The daily chocolates and treats were a nice surprise. The staff were excellent - especially the front desk reception staff and bell hop when we arrived, helping us park when the valet parking spots were full. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the servers were attentive, and it was conveniently opened late when all other restaurants were closed in the area. Great location!

Széles választékú minőségi reggeli, kitűnő kiszolgálással. Tágas szobák és fürdő. Sound proof szobák. Ágy kényelmes. A hotel környékén könnyű és olcsó a parkolás (érmés megoldás csak). Közel a belváros központja. Ocean view vagy Bay view szobákból szép kilátás.
Old style hotel. Szobabútorok régimódik, polcos szekrények teljes hiánya, nem lehet a bőröndökből kényelmesen kipakolni. Liftre sokat kell várni reggel és este. Spa részleg teljesen elhanyagolt, délutánra nincs törülköző és SPA személyzet egyáltalán nincs. Hotel parkolót előre nem lehet foglalni, így ha este érkezel, előfordulhat, hogy elküldenek, hogy keress a környéken magadnak parkolót. Félpanziós ráfizetés lehetséges, de nem éri meg.
Great breakfast. Extremely clean! Beds were comfy and loved the extra bonus turn down service with chocolate! Great central location. Staff at Hotel were amazing and accommodating!

Although we only stayed for one night as it was the final day of our trip to the Azores, we could not have wished for a better ending. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our room and bathroom were beautiful, modern, and spotless.
The food was truly exceptional. Every dish was of the highest quality, and the presentation was so elegant and carefully crafted that each plate looked like a work of art.
A special thank you also goes to the team for their generosity on our departure day. Even though our flight was not until midnight, we were able to relax in the lounge until it was time to leave. This thoughtful gesture made an already perfect stay even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

El desayuno, muy rico y completo. Zumo de naranja recién exprimido. Destaco la amabilidad con nosotros además estábamos de luna de miel y nos favorecieron un upgrade.
Me gustó la piscina cubierta ya que en Azores llueve muy a menudo aunque si coincidíamos varios huéspedes se hacía un poco pequeña . Además tenía sauna y baño turco.
Que no tenía parking gratuito y el que tenían cuando llegamos estaba lleno aunque nos ofrecieron opciones de parking cercana.
Gostamos do pequeno almoço mas esperava mais produtos da região dos Açores. A localização é ótima e os funcionarios foram impecáveis.
O meu colchão já estava na hora de ser trocado por um novo.
Don’t book here coming from the US on an early morning flight. Checking is 3PM and they are very slow getting rooms ready.
Stayed in a triple room as a family of 3. The room had all the amenities you would expect, plus the daily bottle of water and Nespresso machine, which were very welcome. However, the room was far too small for 3 people and felt very cramped. There was no balcony and hardly any storage space, so could not properly unpack and we were constantly tripping over bags and cases. We were looking forward to the nightly turndown service with a chocolate left on our pillow, but did not receive anything for the first 5 nights of a 7 night stay, as the hotel had run out. Although not a major issue, it was, however, a disappointment. The bathroom was also small with no space to put things down, but the shower was very good and powerful. Breakfast was very good. We especially enjoyed the breads and smoked salmon, but the buffet lacked variety of certain items. All staff members were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a good position, in walking distance of many restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay, but the room was not 5* standard.
Great location, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast brunch was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I.
