Chambre avec literie très confortable. La vue sur la mer est un plus et la chambre est très calme malgré la rue animée. Très bon service de la part de l'ensemble du personnel. Un excellent petit déjeuner.

Decoração e tema.
A recepção foi maravilhosa....Não temos lugar no estacionamento - textualmente : pode estacionar à volta do hotel!
Ao final da noite na recepção informaram "agora já temos tudo reservado para o restaurante, "dirija-se ao 1 andar e pergunte se existe possibilidade. Cheguei e textualmente novamente: vá passando ao longo da noite. Mas que serviço é este. Uma vergonha a resposta.
No bar mais de 20 minutos pelas cerca de 16 horas de espera para uma carta chegar! A própria funcionária pediu desculpa mas não tinha "reforços".
O que tem um hotel de 5* para oferecer ? Serviço! Onde?
Já agora não posso provar, mas será que falar português é uma má condicionante neste hotel? Triste fado deste povo que despreza os próprios...Não se esqueçam ainda farão campanhas para o mercado interno...
Gostei muito da decoração interior, mas o que privilegio em trabalho é o nível de serviço que foi uma vergonha. A minha estadia teve como propósito a avaliação para evento que naturalmente jamais acontecerá. Por norma não preencho questionários de avaliação mas senti-me indesejado. Daqui a duas semanas estarei sem dúvida novamente no Octant.

Cistota by mohla byt lepsia. V 5* hoteli boli koberce poriadne spinave a zakazene. Ovladanie sanity v kupelni uz dost stare a nie celkom funkcne. Po 10 dnoch som neprisiel na to, ktore svetlo sa ktorym vypinacom ovlada. Chyba skrina na saty. Pri 10-dnovom pobyte a pri dvoch osobach je to potrebne.

Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent two-night stay at your hotel from August 31 to September 2, 2026. During our stay, €260 Euros in cash that we had safely stored inside our carry-on luggage right in our hotel room was stolen. This theft occurred during a timeframe when your staff had access to our room.
Discovering that our private room was not secure and that our personal belongings were stolen has completely ruined our experience. We expect a formal response from your management team immediately regarding how you intend to investigate this internal theft and address our financial loss.

Absolutely friendly and polite hotel staff addressed all our needs promptly. Buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and the servers could not have been nicer. Shout out to Fabia, our waitress for breakfast, unfortunately we could not say goodbye to her because she was off on our last day.
The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Turn-down service every night was the cherry on top, making our stay especially pleasant. :)
The location is great for walking into town and to access all the restaurants located in the marina area.
