I would stay again.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable! Short distance to University of Florida. Nice location with restaurants nearby.

A 4 star quality hotel for the price of a 2-3 star motel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. I had to switch hotels due to sketchy outdoor parking. Checked in without reservation. Secured Parking garage. Very helpful staff. This is a FOUR STAR quality hotel. Perfect location. Clean. Everything you would need without the excess features of a 5 star hotel. Complimentary breakfast. Wifi, etc etc. Highly recommended

The beds seem to need attention. They squeaked or crunched whenever you made movement on them.
Pros:
