Blue Palm Hotel

It was very very noisy with traffic and loud music

Good for a night or two stay.

The staff was awesome made my experience so perfect thank you I’ll back

This place had decent reviews but upon arriving in the room it was sub par to all the other places ive stayed. Uncomfortable beds, can hear everything going on, kids screaming people talking. Pay the extra little bit and upgrade to a nicer place! I spent $75 and regret not getting the $100 place next door that looked amazing.

Clean room good price

So I liked that they didn't bother me daily with people knocking on the door asking about cleaning, it was by request. Seriously who needs clean towels and sheets daily.
However, my only negative was the 1 cockroach that came from the hole of the a/c drain. Plugging it with foam do no creepy crawler can enter, is all it takes.

First time coming to Costa Rica even though it was raining most of the time here I enjoyed my time out here and staying at the Blue Palm Hotel I'll definitely come back and stay here while in Jacó

Wonderful stay!

Most uncomfortable bed ever out of hundreds of hotel stays. Honestly think that it was just a box spring.

Nice hotel and pool. Good location being close to restaurants and downtown.

This hotel went out of their way to accommodate our requests and were very friendly and most helpful. Their attention to cleanliness especially their pool and common walkways were above and beyond.

Better than expected.

Room was nice and clean. My only concern that the door to outside was a glass sliding door with a small latch so I’m not sure how secure it is.

Their concern for us and willingness to check out a person wanting us to go with him, claiming to be a guide. He wasn’t one.

Pool is great for kids and perfect temperature. Rooms are clean and very big. We had plenty of space for four of us. Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

Great place and great staff. From check in to departure, they give first class service.

The pictures and the description of the hotel are deceiving. I was very disappointed with the location. It is far from the main street and very far from the beach. The area where it was located was spooky. No way we were going out for a walk after 6pm. Our room was tiny. Beds were uncomfortable and blankets were given only by request. We got some noisy neighbors (kids) who kept us up until 3am! No one made them be quiet. They stopped just because my husband went outside and gave them the look. Two of the desk people were helpful and nice but the 3rd one we got was acting strange and not nice at all. Very deceiving. Very disappointing.
