A minha experiência com o hotel não foi boa

We booked in for a week and checked out after about 7 hours. It is a filthy dump, there is no hot water, the breakfast is prepared in a filthy unhygienic kitchen with no standrds of hygiene. The pictures of rooms must have been taken ten years ago as it doesn't look like his now.
We left and went to a decent hotel around the corner!

Quiet location and staff friendly but not what i expected. Had to request hot water when the boiler was turned off, sheets stained, no roomsafe and looks tired. Cheap but would not stay here again.

Tout commence avant même votre arrivée. En effet on nous a demandé de régler le taxi que nous avions préalablement commandé auprès de l’hôtel pour éviter d’être ennuyé avec ce détail. Détail plus que sur facturé par l’hôtel qui annonce un tarif à 1200 roupies alors qu’une course a l’aéroport vous coûtera 250 roupies environ à partir de ce point. Le chauffeur voulait en plus qu’on lui paye son parking !!! Vu le prix j’ai clairement refusé : faudrait pas nous prendre pour des vaches à lait.
A partir de là vous êtes pris en charge par une bande de jeunes gens qui vous expliquent que l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, que le petit dej ne sera finalement pas servi sous forme de buffet car il n’y a personne dans l’hôtel où qu’au contraire qu’il y a trop de monde... Ils sont pourtant fort sympathiques et tout prêt à vous rendre service, mais pas assez pour faire oublier l’absence d’une connexion internet digne de ce nom et l’état de l’hôtel dont les communs vieillissent mal. A côté de ces 3 points plutôt désagréables, le quartier est super calme et plutôt chic, ce qui pour Delhi est un vrai plus. La suite est vraiment géniale, spacieuse, et la vue de la chambre sur les arbres fait un bien fou. On voit les aigles des baies vitrées, la clim fonctionne super bien.
Mais vraiment...
Le taxi et internet me restent en travers de la gorge.
Ce n’est pas professionnel du tout surtout que le taxi a été sur facturé de presque 900 roupies : abus total !

The property is of no good service. They canceled the booking without informing the customer. Terrible service.

This is a decent middle range hotel in a quiet residential area close to the Zoo and convenient for the museums and sights of New Delhi. It was clean and comfortable with a tasty breakfast. One or two minor issues with the room - cracked toilet seat; metal rods on the blinds that made a chiming noise when moved by the air conditioning, until I blocked them with my shoes. However, the only real disappointment was the wifi, which was much slower than in the much cheaper hotels I stayed in in the Paharganj area of the city. The manager assured me the system was very good, but this was not the case.

Very quick

Normally I do stay in the hotel La Sangrita next door which is really nice, but this time it was booked out. Shervani is a slighly aging hotel, a bit tatty, but rooms and bedlinen are clean. Mine was facing the backyard, which was not a nice view. Breakfast was a DESASTER, they even refused initally to prepare fried eggs for me. No toast, extremely basic. I do not come back again there are two better options in Sundar Nagar. When checking out they did not gave me a GST invoice, but referred me to an Emailsite. I told them that this is their responsibility, but they were not helpful in this either.
The area is nice, very close to Khan market and in a very quiet area.
Summary – not good value for money, I wont go there again.

Hotel Shervani is in Jantar Mantar, a gated area so there is some privacy and security. It's next to the Zoo and close to attractions such as the India Gate. The breakfast is very good and is included in the room rate. There are cheaper places to stay in Delhi but if you're looking for something a bit quieter this place is good. Staff were very friendly.

Need tuk tuk to get about but ok.
Opposite Delhi zoo but very quiet area. Wanted to charge 800 to go to train station 1 mile away. We took a tuk tuk for 200. Good onsite restaraunt

チェックの時に30人の欧米人の方々がWiFiの設定をフロントスタッフにさせていてすごく待たされました。

Staff are so friendly and helpful! Great location- heart of Delhi but quiet enclave/neighborhood.

La ubicación. Es fantastica. Muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Me atendieron muy bien. La atencion y el servicio es muy bueno.

El Hotel Shervani fue una buena experiencia. Es un hotel pequeño pero su interior es muy cómodo y acogedor. La zona donde está ubicado, en Sunder Nagar, está cerca de puntos importantes como el India Habitat Center, Neru Stadium, Purana Quila, Parque Zoológico. Su personal es sumamente confiable, amable y muy servicial, tanto en administración, cocina y servicios de limpieza. Me sentí muy seguro y cómodo en la habitación. Algunos detalles necesitan mejorar como el kit de cortesía del baño, o la caja fuerte que estaba arruinada. El comedor es agradable y limpio. El desayuno es buffet con buenas opciones. Sirve comida india y de tipo americano. Hay buenos snacks a precios razonables. Puedo recomendarlo para una estancia de negocios, en pareja o familiar.

Found a market nearby where I got loads of bargains. Staff generally helpful but the kitchen staff gave me something to eat that made me very sick. (I am celiac and travel with a card listing all the things I can't eat. I tasted it and said, This has wheat," and they said No, No it doesn't", but it did!) Otherwise ok.

Rooms were clean,location was very good and safe.. main areas of delhi are very close.
The best part is location.

Lift should be changed as it is very slow also the room size is small.

The hotel is located in a quite area of New Delhi. Public transportation is available nearby or you can ask the frnt desk for a tuc tuc. The Delhi gate is not so far if you like walking, althuogh traffic is always messy and is challenging crossing the streets. The complementary breakfast at the hotel is great. Hotel is clean, bathroom is clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for a week. Overall, very pleasant stay. Nice central and safe location. Staff was very polite and friendly. Due to proximity to Zoo, there were lots of mosquito's (not so many in the property but around). Had issues with WiFi but it was fixed.
