It was not what I paid for

Cons:

I left my phone and heart monitor plugged in overnight, when I arrived at the conference the heart monitor had 4 % battery left and the phone did not charge. The first night the room was very cold and the temperature did not respond when I attempted to raise it. maintenance was prompt in arriving at my room and the heat/cold had not been turned on. The tile floor stayed cold the entire time I was there. The tiny lettering on the thermostat was partially worn off and I could not read the words

Everything else was good the room was good the beds were comfortable no problem with the rest.
Pros:

I am skeptical about my answer. It wasn't easy to reach front desk the phone rang and rang. When I did reach I asked for awake up call at 6:00 a.m.. The purpose of my stay was I was having eye surgery that morning and my appointment was at seven. The facility was blocks away. I never received the call. Luckily I set my alarm on my phone but that was no excuse for me not to receive the call.

Convenient for a quick stay but dated and needs upgrades.
Pros:

Location was so convenient to business and food across the street. Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Some were rude and always looked bothered. Beds always comfortable!

Cons:

The property was dated and needed upgrades. Pool was smaller than expected and needed to be vacuumed. Staff was grumpy and eater in lobby did not work properly and staff got mad when asked for help with getting water. No staff working at lobby bar for pool drinks on a Friday!
