Das schlechteste Hotel auf diesem Level in Thailand bis jetzt und ich war schon in diversen. Ich würde nicht mehr dahin.
Pros:

Sauber, grosser Pool

Cons:

Strand nicht schön, Frühstück enttäuschend im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Thailand, Service sehr langsam. Hauptsache Engländer als Gäste, also kein gemischtes Publikum.

Pros:

מלון מדהים, מי שרוצה להרגיש את תאילנד ולראות נופים ולהנות זה המקום! בריכה, נופים, גישה לים ואווירה טובה.
קודם כל צוות האבטחה, הם הפנים הראשונות שאתה רואה כשאתה מגיע למלון. צוות מצויין שמחפש לעזור, מכווין ומחפש לעזור ונותנים ראש שקט כשהם שם (אם תגיעו ברכב תבינו על מה אני מדבר).
הצוות בבריכה ובמסעדה מדהימים ומסבירי פנים, הבר על המים קונספט מאוד נחמד.

Cons:

המחירים במלון נורא יקרים ביחס לקוסמוי, קוקוס באי לדוגמה עולה 40 באט ובמלון עלה לי 250 באט בערך. מסאג 3000 באט שבחנות ליד עולה 300.
לא היה שקע ליד המיטה - היה צריך להזיז את הארון כדי להטעין שזה משהו מאוד זול להוסיף נקודת חשמל ועושה הבדל עצום.
הכיור רחוק מידי מאיפה שאתה עומד, לא כל כל נוח.
לוקח שעות למלא את האמבטיה.

Séjour reposant mais loin d’un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Le personnel très attentionné.
Les chambres sont jolies mais très peu de lumière une fois la nuit tombée.
La terrasse des chambres est très sympa.
Le calme des lieux est agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons été très surpris par le petit dej qui est très très limité pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Pain congelé, viennoiseries industrielles, des mouches rôdent autour de l’espace petit déjeuner. Vraiment décevant.
Il n’y a pas de cafetière dans les chambres, grande déception pour les amoureux de café. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas fameux mais les prix sont correctes. Il y a des restaurants autour de l’hôtel.
La piscine principale n’est pas assez entretenue.
Plage moyenne, loin du centre ville et de l’animation.

Warnung !!! Grauenhafter Altbau und Abzocke durch das Management

Nichts ! Wenn man nach einem langen Flug abends durch einen Hinterhof über eine einfache Treppe in einen Hoteleingang eines in die Jahre gekommen Gebäudes geführt wird, auf dreckigen Stühlen an einer Rezeption platz nimmt, die ihren Namen nicht verdient, dann in ein kleines dunkles Zimmer kommt, das als Suite gebucht wurde, und der nächster Nachbar direkt gegenüber, nur durch einen Pool getrennt in die Räumlichkeiten schaut, dann erinnert es eher an ein Hostel und man fragt sich, wer hier die 5 Sterne vergeben hat. und wofür ich fast 10.000 € bezahlt habe. Ich bin sofort wieder ausgezogen, und meine Bitte auf Rückerstattung wenigstens eines Teilbetrages hat der Manager tatsächlich nur ein Abendessen angeboten. Ich Reise sehr viel, aber so eine Abzocke habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Go for the top room
Pros:

Just becaue we got the top room, it was very good ($$$) with private pool, ocean view and comfort. We did not use the large pool but was beatiful.

Cons:

A drink a the local bar was excessively expensive also with the uncommon addition of service and VAT. The bed was not comfortable because the sheets were a bit worn out and a bit damp. Other than that all fine

החדר שבחרנו היה מושלם והתאים לכל המשפחה,
הצוות מדהים, המיקום אחלה, ממש מרגיש שמגיעים לגן עדן, מאוד שקט.
לילדים פחות יש תעסוקה.

חסר בו שולחן, ותאורה בחושך בתוך הוילה. מכיוון שזה חדר מפנק בעיקר שהינו בוילה ולכן חשוב שיהיה שולחן וכסאות.

מאוד מומלץ לזוגות ולאלו שמחפשים רוגע ושקט.
השירות היה מאוד מאוד מוקפד והצוות נתן הרגשה טובה לאורך כל השהות שלנו.
לקחנו חדר עם בריכה צמודה ונוף לים עבור 5 נפשות (אופציה פחות נוחה ל 5 נפשות, עם שירותים אחד...)
25 דקות הליכה לשוק למאי קטן, אותנטי ומאוד מומלץ.

Nous avons adoré la ville privée, les équipes de ménage ainsi que les équipes de la réception

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’aucune information relative aux marées ne soit communiquée. Aucun accès à la plage pendant tout le séjour. Pas possible d’utiliser les kayaks et même petit déjeuner pendant 9jours aucune diversification.

Amazing place and outstanding service
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, we had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Leo, the front desk manager. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to find us a quick, effective solution to an issue we were having. He was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant.
Meeting Leo literally changed our entire stay for the better. His outstanding service and positive attitude made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. People like him make a real difference in hospitality. Thank you so much, Leo, for everything!

מלון נהדר, נהנינו מאוד
Pros:

מלון יפה מאוד, חדר מרווח עם גישה לבריכה שכונתית, צוות מאיר פנים וניקוי יומי מוקפד של החדר. בריכת האינפיניטי של המלון נעימה במיוחד וכייף לשבת לידה ולצפות על החוף בכל שעות היום.

ארוחת הבוקר יכולה להיות מגוונת יותר וכן האוכל בבר הבריכה.
