Das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.
das Zimmer mit Poolzugang war ein Traum.
Personal war sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit.
Der Strand bei der Hotelanlage war nicht so wie auf den Bildern.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte besser sein können.

אהבנו הכל,לקחנו חדר עם בריכה ענקית ,קו ראשון לים,רמת שירות של הצוות ברמה הכי גבוהה, מלון יפה ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר פנטסטית.
צריך לשים לב שאזור החוף לא כמו בצוואנג,הרבה פחות מושך ויפה,למשפחות חובה לקחת חדר עם בריכה פרטית ולעשות בטן גב כמה ימים.מרחק הליכה מסילבר ביץ,חוף אחד מלהיבים בססמוי.

Incredible staff and incredible property! Beautifully landscaped. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Bathrooms (toilet and shower) were outside which I thought would be uncomfortable but it was actually fine - just something to note. Breakfast and the restaurant menu was also really great!
Sadly, while we were there, there was construction of the restaurant which disrupted the pool area. However, i can imagine it is lovely when that’s not going on. The beach isn’t very nice at the hotel - the Lamai beach down the shore becomes much nice and you can easily walk / motorbike over to some beach clubs that are much prettier than the beach at the hotel.
The property was perfect! It’s on the smaller side which we don’t usually stay at but I absolutely loved it! They pay so much attention to detail. From the room and the mini bar to the property.

Lyxigt. Lyxkänsla nästa var man än vänder sig i hotellet. Vi bodde i en ocean front pool villa. Den hade allt och lite till. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Finns egentligen inget vi inte gillade men om man ska nämna något så går det tyvärr inte att bada vid stranden. Det har hotellet dock löst med gratis transfer till och från Lamai beach men det drar ändå ner lite. Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Lamai vilket gör att man är ganska beroende av taxi om man inte är beredd att gå någon kilometer
We did get an upgrade for the room but I think mostly it was because the hotel overbook the type of room we choosed at first.
Localisation seems ok
There was renovation next to the main swimming pool so you either doesn't have much deckchair in the shade. The one that have more shade are very loud from the construction/renovation next to it. It wasn't mentionned from the hotel before booking or at arrival. I've attached a photo with the white wall from the construction.
It is more expensive to book the resort shuttle car from airport than to take a grab. Would have been nice to have the free shuttle with the price we already overpaid from the 5 nights we did there.
Room was a bit noisy because behind our room, I think there was a storage for cleaning workers and we heard a lot of movements and cleaning trolley.
The bedroom was bit small from what I expected and used to have in comparaison of all resorts I did in the past all around Asia.
Breakfast wasn't that great. I had better breakfast sandwich from the coffee shop next to the hotel.
Last of all, pool view from the room is great until there's an old guy or children swimming in front of your window that your bed is facing.
The serenity , designs and good vibe of the villa

The villa with the private pool is gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is tasty. The breakfast is varied and most staff, particularly Biggie, were wonderful and welcoming. The cleaning staff are very hardworking and lovely. The cooking class is well worth a try. The spa is stellar and the massages, whilst not standard Thai prices, are standout. Decent small gym.
The location is a little out of town. You can walk it but a taxi is more comfortable. The restaurant becomes a different place after breakfast service finishes. Some members of staff do not seem to be hospitality trained and many were out of their depth. There were multiple evenings where drinks were forgotten and orders were mixed up. This is all forgivable if the staff are polite, unfortunately that wasn’t always the case. We have been travelling for 4 months now staying in many hotels and of the places we’ve stayed we felt the Lamai had the most unrealised potential. The front desk and the restaurant needed more managerial presence and at present the cost doesn’t match the quality of service on offer.

Strandbereich und insbesondere der beworbene Steg entsprachen nicht den offiziellen Bildern
Poolbereich und Liegen eher durchschnittlich statt luxuriös
Frühstück für diese Kategorie enttäuschend: geringe Auswahl, einfache Produkte, wenig Abwechslung
Management bei Beschwerden wenig kulant und kaum lösungsorientiert
Insgesamt eher Mittelklasse-Niveau statt echtes Premium- oder Luxusresort
