The staff are super friendly. There was some problem with my check in info but the person at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Bartender was awesome.
My friend lives almost 2 hours from me. We have meet here several times and love it.8

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Very poor experience, The customer rep that check me in was rude. My car got damaged over night. A huge dent was left in my car. When I called the general manager I was told that their camera are not “great quality” and I have never heard from him again. 0/10 would not recommend. Poor customer service and a security concern.

How petty - charging $3.00 a night to park at their hotel!! Just raise the price of the room!
Pros:

This is a basic hotel in an industrial park so I was not expecting much! And I was right. The breakfast was subpar, lacking muffins or danish or anything handheld to go. The room had an awkward layout with the toilet two doors down from the shower and needed several maintenance problems fixed. And to top it off, AFTER GETTING MY BILL AT CHECK-OUT, I was later billed $3.00 with no explanation. I was curious and called the front desk. They have the nerve to charge $3.00 nightly to park. They were in an empty industrial park, I could have parked anywhere for free if I really wanted to - just raise the room price by $3.00 and don't insult your guests!

Lots of potential if some issues are resolved.
Pros:

Great selection of breakfast items. Location was great.

Cons:

Our room had serious plumbing issues with all sinks and even the shower not draining properly. Television screen appeared to be going out and was really dim. One of the lamps in the room was defective and would flash uncontrollably.

Nice place, would stay again!

On Sunday, Oct. 5, the room we stayed in had a brownish, blood looking stain on the end of the right side comforter! It has been tucked into the bottom of the bed and we didn’t see it until we left, but it creeped us out!

Cons:

We thought breakfast ended at 9:30, so we got there at 8:50 and the lady was already cleaning up! There were no eggs or sausage or waffles. We were still able to eat, but were disappointed. It was our fault, however, because we had stayed on Sunday, Oct. 5 and it was until 9:30.
