Didn't meet my expectations
Pros:

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable but lacked edge support and the breakfast was descent. Coffee was good.

Cons:

The suite was smaller then pictured, couch had spill stains. bed reading lights didn't work, bathroom doors didn't have locks, the pool was NOT heated and it's ceiling shower fall was broke Front desk rep said the pool room was heated! Not what they allude to in the pics.

I loved the location and the check in and check out were very easy and quick.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and polite. I love that check out is at noon.

Would I go again? Yes. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Pros:

I thought it was a great location. I wanted to be about 15-25 minutes from Hershey park to avoid traffic and also it was a quiet location. There was about 10/20 minutes drive where I wanted to go most. The beds were comfortable and very clean and well made. Room service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My kids loved the pool! It wasn’t busy every time they decided to go for a swim so it was perfect.

Cons:

Just a slight downfall, the breakfast could improve. Maybe have different kinds of coffee and add bacon. Not horrible but could be better.

It was a disappointing stay and forgettable, I am sorry to say.
Pros:

The breakfast was minimal and not very appetizing looking. I only had coffee.

Cons:

Better lighting in room … better mattress and more towels. The television did not move for better viewing.

Cons:

The front desk staff, specifically Yuri, was incredibly rude. Didn't communicate well at all (not sharing details about breakfast and checkout times). I am planning to write a strongly worded letter to corporate.

Pros:

The suite was excellent in size and amenities. The location is very close to major highways and to shopping, restaurants, etc. I did not use the pool or the fitness center, but they appeared to be available and decent.

Cons:

I would have liked for the coffee to be available 24/7.

Not worth the money
Pros:

It was a very nice big room

Cons:

There air conditioning and heating was not working properly the room was freezing no way to turn it of had to take a sheet and put it over it as it was blowing light cray slept in my jacket and pants in the bed.Breakfast was ok nothing to rave about.There no hairdryer.

the best surprise was no surprise
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean good breakfast pleasant staff only complaint poor lighting and not hotels fault but nothing to watch on TV

Great price, not so much a great room
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was broken, there was a hole in the tub that was patched up horribly. The whole shower was a mess. Lights flickering throughout the whole room. Breakfast was pretty bad unlike previous stays
