It was a disappointing stay and forgettable, I am sorry to say.
Pros:

The breakfast was minimal and not very appetizing looking. I only had coffee.

Cons:

Better lighting in room … better mattress and more towels. The television did not move for better viewing.

Cons:

The front desk staff, specifically Yuri, was incredibly rude. Didn't communicate well at all (not sharing details about breakfast and checkout times). I am planning to write a strongly worded letter to corporate.

Pros:

The suite was excellent in size and amenities. The location is very close to major highways and to shopping, restaurants, etc. I did not use the pool or the fitness center, but they appeared to be available and decent.

Cons:

I would have liked for the coffee to be available 24/7.

Not worth the money

It was a very nice big room

Cons:

There air conditioning and heating was not working properly the room was freezing no way to turn it of had to take a sheet and put it over it as it was blowing light cray slept in my jacket and pants in the bed.Breakfast was ok nothing to rave about.There no hairdryer.

the best surprise was no surprise
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean good breakfast pleasant staff only complaint poor lighting and not hotels fault but nothing to watch on TV

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was broken, there was a hole in the tub that was patched up horribly. The whole shower was a mess. Lights flickering throughout the whole room. Breakfast was pretty bad unlike previous stays

Cons:

You really need to work on your breakfast!!! Juice machine you broke no cups or ice out for juice cups. No water out!!! Eggs were tasteless!! Coffee was cold. The Hotel and our room were top notch!!!

Pros:

The staff are super friendly. There was some problem with my check in info but the person at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Bartender was awesome.
My friend lives almost 2 hours from me. We have meet here several times and love it.8

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Very poor experience, The customer rep that check me in was rude. My car got damaged over night. A huge dent was left in my car. When I called the general manager I was told that their camera are not “great quality” and I have never heard from him again. 0/10 would not recommend. Poor customer service and a security concern.

How petty - charging $3.00 a night to park at their hotel!! Just raise the price of the room!
Pros:

This is a basic hotel in an industrial park so I was not expecting much! And I was right. The breakfast was subpar, lacking muffins or danish or anything handheld to go. The room had an awkward layout with the toilet two doors down from the shower and needed several maintenance problems fixed. And to top it off, AFTER GETTING MY BILL AT CHECK-OUT, I was later billed $3.00 with no explanation. I was curious and called the front desk. They have the nerve to charge $3.00 nightly to park. They were in an empty industrial park, I could have parked anywhere for free if I really wanted to - just raise the room price by $3.00 and don't insult your guests!
