Home away from home wherever I go
Pros:

I trust the Marriott brand like no other, and I never stay anywhere else if I can help it. Without exception the rooms are clean, safe and comfortable, the atmosphere relaxed and homey, and the staff welcoming and accommodating. The included breakfast always hits the spot. The full fridge and kitchen setup is just right. Special shoutout to the desk agent when I was checking out; I mentioned that they ran out of yogurt at breakfast and she apologized and immediately offered me my choice of an item from the minimart. Now that is service with a smile!

Walked in and there was a roach crawling on the floor. The fridge was not working and the clerk told us to trip one of the breakers to turn it on. The breaker for the fridge continuously went out over the weekend so we could not keep food in the fridge without it being spoiled.During the weekend, at various points the pool, the gym, one of the elevators, and one of the ice dispensers all were noted as out of order. Inside the room, the coffee maker was horrifically gross. When we moved the fridge to check if it was plugged in, it was disgusting under there. The bathroom counter and the TV were insanely small. Pillows were way too deflated.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. T - but for the breakfast, it was awful!

Cons:

The room was poorly maintained, the dishwasher was a disaster, the rooms had very little lighting, and the room was not handicap accessible as advertised. There were insufficient towels, and there was continuous loud noise from the elevator. This property should not be labeled as a Marriott Bonvoy.

Never, never, never stay here! Owners do not care. Marriott should kick them to the curb. They lost a customer for life!

DO NOT stay here. Worst hotel i ever stayed at. They do not clean rooms because....COVID. No kleenex. Could not bring a box up to the room because.... COVID. Did not clean room or make the bed because....COVID! The same Covid that ended 3 years ago....Room was very dirty. Breakfast was so bad, I threw it away after two bites. Burnt toast and scrambled egg soup!! Pillows were horrible. I could go on but it gets worse. NEVER staying at a Marrott ever again.
