Love the beach view! Love the resort except for the construction. Front desk at check-in was not very thorough. I felt rushed with a lot of info thrown at me.

We had several problems. First, no fire alarm. It was just missing. The wires were just handing out of the wall. Second, black mold in the bathtub. It was clear it had not been properly cleaned. Finally, we had a maintenance worker just walk into our room. He didn’t knock. Just walked right in.

The stay at North Beach & Villas was a great getaway. Amazing views and the accommodations met every need. I only wish there were more dining options for a night arrival. I can't wait to come back and spend peaceful mornings at the beach.

Lacked kitchen essentials and appliance condition fair. Hot water was fine when it was available. Customer service was poor in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Although advertised as open, restaurants were not. Did I mention it was noisy? Charged $30 daily for housekeeping however we requested nor received. When I questioned charges, was advised that it is automatic for all guests. This is obviously a ploy to keep basic daily rate artificially lower. Should be required to disclose hidden fees. Services also compromised by booking through Expedia. We received multiple nuisance marketing calls soliciting attendance for sales offer. Opportunity rich environment for improved visual information.
