A rapariga que faz a limpeza é muito simpática e o quarto estava limpo.
Foram fornecidos todos os artigos de higiene pessoal necessários (champô, gel de banho e condicionador). Havia banheira em vez de chuveiro (uma raridade hoje em dia), e a pressão da água era excelente, assim como o ar condicionado do quarto. Toalhas grandes e limpas, uma máquina de café e café também foram disponibilizados.

Cons:

Reservamos um quarto grande, mas, ao fazer o check-in, tentaram colocar-nos num pequeno. O staff disse que nos daria um upgrade para um quarto "ainda melhor", mas acabou por ser muito pior, mais pequeno e com apenas uma cama, e éramos quatro pessoas (como constava na reserva). Por fim, encontraram um quarto maior para nós, embora um pouco desproporcional e não correspondesse às nossas expectativas, mas aceitámos porque nos disseram que não havia outras opções.

Também tivemos problemas com o estacionamento — ligámos várias vezes para que abrissem o portão, mas ninguém atendeu. O pessoal estava presente quando chegámos, por isso não ficou claro por que razão não abriram a porta da garagem.

Quando devolvi o cartão do quarto, tentaram convencer-me de que o número do quarto não correspondia, mesmo sabendo exatamente em que quarto nos encontrávamos.
