Залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком у цьому готелі!
Ми заздалегідь просили номер на верхньому поверсі, і наше побажання врахували. До того ж нам дістався кутовий номер із краєвидом не лише на море, а й на острів — якщо є можливість, дуже раджу саме кутові номери.
Номер був чистий, комфортний, з усім необхідним. Прибирали щодня, регулярно змінювали рушники та постільну білизну.
У нас були сніданки та вечері. Все смачно, вибір великий і різноманітний — завжди було що вибрати. Напої на сніданку входили у вартість, на вечері оплачувалися окремо, але ми знали про це заздалегідь.
Ресторан чистий і охайний, офіціанти приємні, було комфортно і снідати, і вечеряти. Перед поїздкою читали у відгуках зауваження щодо чистоти посуду. Особисто я з цим не стикалася, але син кілька разів казав, що його тарілка була недостатньо чистою. Тобто іноді такий момент справді трапляється, хоча загального позитивного враження це не зіпсувало.
Зона біля басейну комфортна. Як часто буває на курортах, деякі гості займають лежаки рушниками й надовго йдуть, але ми завжди знаходили вільні місця.
Море чудове! У перший день у воді були водорості та дрібні шматочки, схожі на щепки, що спочатку трохи засмутило. Але ми пройшли трохи правіше вздовж пляжу — там вода була абсолютно чистою та прозорою. А через кілька днів море очистилося майже скрізь і було неймовірно красивим, прозорим і теплим.
Під час нашого відпочинку поруч із готелем проходив фестиваль: handmade-ярмарок, вулична їжа, концерти та розваги. Це створювало особливу атмосферу. Єдиний мінус — деякі концерти й дискотеки тривали приблизно до другої ночі та заважали спати. Але це не недолік готелю, просто наша відпустка збіглася з фестивалем. Після його завершення було тихо й спокійно. Тому, якщо для вас важлива тиша вночі, раджу заздалегідь уточнити, чи не заплановані поблизу якісь заходи.
Загалом ми залишилися дуже задоволені: комфортний номер, гарні краєвиди, чистота, смачна їжа і чудове море.

Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Das Essen war hervorragend: es gab viel Auswahl und das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach mega. Die Dame an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns immer wieder geholfen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und einfach zu bedienen. Vor allem für Paare ist das Hotel ein Traum: ruhig und nicht allzuviele Familien

When we arrived we were put into a room that was infested with ants. I went back to reception and asked if we could move rooms, to which the man working at reception said no, despite me explaining why. He said the reason there were ants was because we were on a garden level room, I explained that, in that case, we would happily move up to a higher floor and he contradicted himself and said it doesn’t matter what floor you’re on you could get ants on any floor. He then sent a maid up to our room to spray a heavy duty bug killer spray. She sprayed the clusters of ants, the floors and the curtains. The toxic fumes were now so strong nobody would have been able to stay there, especially not our two-year-old. My husband had to go back down to the desk and explain that this room was not suitable to be in and the man still refused to move us. My husband explained that this service was unacceptable and would have to escalate it and at that point the man very reluctantly changed our room. He told my husband the cot bed won’t be made up in the new room but to get ‘his wife’ to move it. I do feel this service was unacceptable given the price we were paying, I would expect this to have been deemed no issue and sorted straight away.

Locație la care aș mai merge. O să recomand și prietenilor!
Pros:

Locația exact pe plajă, plaja cu nisip fin și intrare lina în mare, piscina destul de curată,toate camerele au priveliște către mare și mâncarea care este foarte gustoasă și variata în fiecare zi. Este aproape de o parcare gratis la care găsești locuri libere, asta în cazul în care mergeți cu mașina.

Cons:

Prea puține umbrele pt soare la piscină, erau zile dacă nu mergeai la piscină de dimineață ….nu mai găseai umbrele libere. Erau zile în care era cam aglomerat la piscină, cred ca lăsau si alți clienți din afara hotelului!
Este un bar în spatele hotelului care are muzică dată cam tare până la o oră târzie și se aude destul de tare din prima încăpere a apartamentului, din dormitor nu se aude nimic!

The sea view from the balcony, large rooms, perfect taste of food - all was delicious and fresh. A lot of sunbeds next to the pool. The rooms were clean, the location is perfect - very easy reach by bus from the airport, next to the very good beach.

Cons:

The rooms ( especially bathroom)and the pool are a bit dated, the pool water especially in the afternoon not good, dirty with sands and hairs, not clear. Also the restaurant area (floor) with the food from the previous evening. The extra bed ( for the third and fourth person) in the rooms is not very comfortable. Noisy because of the bars next side of the street and other hotels’ evening shows

Location to local amenities & beach (beach accessed through a gate at back of hotel & showers in hotel to wash off sand)

Staff were very hospitable
Relaxing atmosphere especially at the pool - no loud music or entertainers and guests were very respectful of others.

Cons:

The beds were noisy, creaky - they were two single trolley beds & pillows uncomfortable & flat. We slept well but that was due to the heat & being active all day!
WiFi intermittent.
