La eficacia al momento del check-in, facilidad en la movilidad

We arrive in hotel and found that our room was given to the another passenger. Nobody in the reception and a cleaning staff said instead of your room we can give you a place in another hotel 20km far and in a two star hotel with the same rate that you paid us. Eventually they cancel our reservation and told us find a place as you wish. Nobody should trust them because when you arrive there you do not know if they kept your room or already have given to somebody else.

Easy to access. Perfect location. Quite. Big rooms.

Torno dopo un anno nella struttura, in cui ci eravamo trovati abbastanza bene.
Quest'anno tutto veramente peggiorato.
Colazione: macchina del caffè non funzionante (sostituita per il giorno dopo), primo giorno senza tovaglioli.
Camera quadrupla: il mio letto (che in realtà era un divano letto, nonostante alla prenotazione era indicato come "letto singolo") aveva le doghe letteralmente sfondate cadute a terra. Avendo fatto un check-in in serata non c'era nessuno a cui segnalarlo e ho dormito praticamente con la schiena a terra.
In generale la struttura è peggiorata rispetto l'anno precedente: la carta da parati vicino il letto era scollata dall'umidità.
L'unica cosa positiva era la pulizia. La nostra camera era accettabile da questo punto di vista e aveva bei terrazzi in ogni camera.

Uno dei peggiori hotel dove ho soggiornato. Scarsissima pulizia, macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola, ragnatele sui muri, bagno sporco con presa elettrica aperta in cabina doccia. Ciliegina sulla torta: alle 9 del mattino qualcuno è entrato in camera mentre ci stavamo svegliando, senza neanche (al limite) bussare. Da evitare come la peste.

Ottima struttura, mi è piaciuta molto la modalità di accesso completamente virtuale! Stanza molto grande con verandina, tutto molto pulito, letto comodo e grande. Unico neo: non funzionava il phon, ma è stato prontamente sostituito

Soggiorno, tranquillo e confortevole

È come un B&B ma completamente smart , se si ha un attimo di dimistichezza con gli smartphone è una figata ! Check-in in completa autonomia con app , apertura porte con app , parcheggio all'interno della struttura , la stanza era enorme sono rimasto a bocca aperta quando sono entrato c'era anche patio esterno , i servizi sono tutti a portata metro centri commerciali etc, lo consiglio e sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel

Die Erfahrung im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Check-in erfolgte über das Telefon, was zwar praktisch war, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn es einen QR-Code oder einen Link am Empfang gegeben hätte, der direkt zur Anleitung geführt hätte. Stattdessen erhielt ich die erforderlichen Informationen über WhatsApp, was ein wenig umständlich war. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross geräumig und komfortabel. Leider fehlten in der Küche Kochtöpfe, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten etwas erschwerte. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass einige Tapeten von den Wänden abblätterten, und es gab auch eine unangenehme Anzahl von Mücken. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten war der Rest des Aufenthalts angenehm. Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Lage war zwar etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber insgesamt war es ein akzeptables Hotel

Todo muy bien, pero nunca el personal que trabajan ahí

The location is outside of the city but well connected with variety of busses and metro (you must take a bus to the metro station and then use metro, but it is simple). It is located in a quiet residential area with few cafes and markets that you can find on google maps. The room was specious and comfortable. Right amount of comfort for that many. If you are on the budget, I sincerely recommend it.

The hotel staff is very nice, and the value (quality)/price ratio is good. It is a good place if one wants to visit surroundings of Rome, too.

Super friendly and welcoming hostess! We had a bit of trouble communicating with her but nevertheless she was amazing and super friendly!

We stayed here as our daughter is studying at Tor Vergata. A quiet area away from the bustle of central Rome. Lots of outdoor space and nice clean rooms.
