Excelente estrutura
Pros:

O quarto é imenso. Cama confortável. Bom atendimento. Bom restaurante. Hotel limpo, com bom ambiente.

Cons:

Achei que os travesseiros poderiam ser mais firmes. O ar condicionado não esfria bem e o lençol esquenta muito em relação ao ar condicionado.

Pros:

Achei o hotel muito bem conservado, limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, o que contribui para uma experiência bastante agradável. O centro de convenções é excelente.

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, pois deixa um pouco a desejar, embora não comprometa o banho. A descarga do banheiro também apresentava um funcionamento irregular.

Pros:

O quarto é espaçoso e confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

1. O horário da limpeza. As camareiras somente passavam no meio da tarde, quando eu estava no quarto e não tinha como limpar. Não iam em outro horário.
2. Não pode usar a academia do complexo. É bem complicado um hotel 4 estrelas afastado do centro não ter academia disponível.

Muy bueno pero mejorable en cosas importantes

Muy buena habitación. El lugar amplio y personal muy bueno.

Cons:

Falta algún tipo de equipamiento para niños. El café estaba muy malo, quemado. Y el aseo de la habitación es irregular, un día bueno y otro malo. Como fui con mi niño que gatea me daba cuenta que quedaba mucho polvo y residuos en el piso.
