Hotel Metro Tower

It was not as shown in the website, the room was very dirty and smelled really bad

Malpropre, draps sales, aucune serviette, toilette immonde... Hôtel qui semble en déconstruction...

Staffs were friendly.

Hotel room is good and WiFi is free in all rooms .Rooms is nice and we'll decorated .Ilike the breakfast in morning at 8 am .

Hotel manager organized a transfer from the airport. I arrived in Delhi in the night time and everything was organized very well and as fast as possible. The staff was very friendly. Room was ok. I recommend for a night!Basic, clean and comfortable hotel near the airport. Very convenient for a 1 night stop over.we were catching a flight. They organised us airport transfers for a reasonable fee. The hot water was good and the room was nice and cool. The staff were very attentive and assisted us in choosing food. The food tasted very good.

Why is this hotel even in this app?totaly got misguided by the location it being near the airport and its price. If you are a person who came for legit tour to enjoy dont ever book this hotel. No hot water supply if you ask they give you in a bucket, no breakfast, no one cleans the room for years,smelly blankets,and of course bed bugs.

This hotel is located in a dirty, loud part of town. It was very hard to find the hotel with no obvious signs.

When we arrived at the hotel late in the night, one of the staff members scurried upstairs to "clean" the room.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets on the bed were horrifyingly dirty with stains on them. When we asked for a clean set of sheets, we were given a set of threadbare sheets.

When we checked out of the hotel, the staff were unhelpful with our luggage. We had to climb down a steep set of stairs as there is no elevator in the hotel, and lug all the suitcases out to the cab by ourselves.

Good transit Hotel. Serves the purpose. Staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are neat and clean, wifi is fast, Tv with all international channels, working AC, 24 hrs room service with great food, 24 hr transfer facility to Airport .

I stayed one night there at September 2017. The room was clean and everything worked well there.. As for the room service - it was very good I ordered Parnta and it came after not more then 20 minutes. The guys on the desk were super kind and helpful, they helped me install and find a cab . The price is good for the room. and, it is good place to stay near the Delhi Airport.

Room, bathrooms were very dirty. They even cheated us on hiring the Taxi cab from Hotel to the Airport (way over charged)

The staff wasn't waiting for us, so we stayed in the cold hall for an hour to be checked-in. Then, we got the very dirty room with dirty beddings, we could not sleep because of the smell of the chemical spray against mosquitoes! That night was nightmare.

Worst experience in my life!

No services like wifi and others which were mentioned in expedia.com were available.

For printing two copies of tickets, they charged to me.

The hotel metro tower location is wrongly mentioned in the google maps, it's around 700 meters away from that place, in the small lane, no place for parking. I should mention that never visit the hotel with your family. I checked in the hotel with my family, stayed there for few hours. During my half an hour waiting time in the lobby I saw more than 8 stranger couples visited the hotel. A very bad place for family. I would never recommend this hotel. Because of bad condition of the property, dirty rooms/bathrooms. Soiled bed linens, poor service and hostile hotel staff. Because of all above flaws, we could not stay overnight and we had to hire the other hotel. This was the worst hotel of my life, where I stayed. So don't through your money in the water, don't choose this hotel.

The room supplied was very noisy. Upon request they changed me to another room. Still quite noisy as this hotel is on a very busy road.

천장에 조명을 제거한 듯한 구멍이 여럿 있으며, 방 상세 정보를 봤을 때 있는 빠른 유선랜 등은 다 뻥입니다. 거짓이에요.
와이파이도 유튜브 240p 간신히 돌리거나 못돌립니다.
화장실은 106호 싱글룸에선 대체적으로 어두우며 304호 더블룸은 개미들 천국입니다.
뭔 좋은 매트리스도 상세 정보에 있는데 푹신푹신한 딱딱함을 느낄 것입니다. 에어컨이 있는 거로만 만족하는 방.
다른 분들을 위해 공유기 접속해서 조금 건드려봤는데 그대로입니다. 공항 근처라고 여기 묵지 말고 차라리 메인바자 가세요. 뉴델리 기차역 쪽이요.
호텔 위치도 구글맵, 호텔스닷컴 상의 위치와 다르게 더 멀리에 있습니다.

Irritated. The aircon Nor the water heater was working. Booked a double bed but got a single bed

Poor facilities apart from ac. Untidy room, linen and bathroom. Staff were not too bad

Palvelualtis henkilökunta. Lähellä lentokenttää, mutta eipä muuta hyvää sanottavaa. Huoneet likaiset. Pahinta oli ulkoa tulevat äänet, ikkuna suoraan kadulle eikä ikkunoita saanut kiinni. Wifi ei toiminut huoneessa, käytävillä kylläkin. Alue sellainen että eipä ulos tullut lähdettyä pimeän tullen mihinkään. Yhden yön levähdyspaikaksi ok, mutta en suosittele yhtään pidemmäksi aikaa.
