Pros:

Yoandry This guy is absolutley amazing he got the whole of the guests into the pool for aerobics then later for water games . He was kind a great entertain men's guy he made our day.

Reception the highlight in this large hotel with lively pool and shuttle to beach
Pros:

Clean and comfortable though showing signs of age. Very popular with groups of young people. All inclusive food typical buffet fare. Lovely staff particularly Amna and Bob at reception who couldn’t be more pleasant or more helpful.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Tiago and Amna at reception. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, always greeting me with a smile and helping with any questions or requests promptly and efficiently.

Their excellent customer service, local recommendations, and attention to detail made a real difference and helped create a memorable stay. Tiago and Amna are a credit to the hotel and truly exemplify outstanding hospitality. Thank you both for making my visit so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Oura Praia Hotel
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, great location. All the reception staff of Amna, Izadora, Bob and Rui were particularly helpful. But a special mention goes to Raj who went above and beyond his normal duties.
