Had a fun holiday with friends
Pros:

Stayed in a Seaview room, very much worth the little bit extra. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and the food was lovely. We also tried the mandarin restaurant where we had a great server, Chetam was very attentive to us and made sure we had a good experience. Overall we had a good time.

100€ scam !!!
Pros:

100€ deposit when you check in is a scam ! Do not pay by card because you won't get it back ! They will blame your bank for this issue.

We stopped there for a Christmas 2025 ,now it's March and we still haven't received 100€ back on our card . Use only cash !

We ate at the Grill House as part of our stay at the hotel and the host Zakiv was fantastic. Very warm and attentive and the food was very nice

I have recently came here with my family to see the magnificant sights of Portugal and this hotel didnt disappoint. The steakhouse was especially nice with the lovely waitors Madhiv and Zalein

Excellent staff and location.
Pros:

We are leaving tomorrow, the hotel is excellent do not believe the negative comments. It has been a fantastic stay. The staff are all excellent especially the Indian receptionist and the porter who works alongside him. Apologies I can not remember their names but they are both assets to the hotel.

Foodie trip to Albufeira
Pros:

Dinner buffet was awesome. Especially the international theme where they made Indian specials on Monday. I appreciate the chef for his cooking skills. Sid at reception allowed extra hour checkout as the breakfast time was early till 10.30AM.

Very good winter vacation
Pros:

Very good hotel service, large rooms, comfortable beds, great value for money, excellent breakfast and dinner. In winter, the restaurant is located in a neighboring hotel about 350 meters away. The terrace overlooks the ocean, but if you open the window in the evening, you can hear the traffic. Very good heating in February compared to other hotels.
Wine, beer, and soft drinks are served with dinner, and juices and espresso coffee are available in the lobby.
I would gladly return to this hotel.
