For a 4-star hotel, it leaves much to be desired.
Pros:

Breakfast was at another hotel; we had to leave the 4-star hotel to have breakfast. It doesn't make sense for a 4-star hotel not to have breakfast service. On top of that, check-out was at 10:00 am and breakfast ended at 10:30 am, meaning we had to walk around with our luggage. If we go to a hotel, it's to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to rush around with limited time.

Cons:

Another negative point: when I booked the room it said we had free internet... we had to pay, and it was only free for 10 minutes. When I arrived the day before, I had to shower with cold water.

Agradable pero mejorable
Pros:

El trato del personal.

Los distintos restaurantes de especialidad (a pesar de tener un limitado horario de reserva).

El buffet desayuno de showcooking está bastante bien.

Las camas son cómodas.

Las opciones de comida fuera del horario de comidas.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza limpia un día si, un día no (en nuestro caso solo limpiaron un día, estuvimos de domingo a viernes). Tampoco cambian las sábanas, solamente toallas y limpieza de suelos.

No se puede reservar tumbonas según las normas del hotel pero todo el mundo lo hace y cuando vas a buscar una tumbona es imposible. (Deberían controlarlo más).

La música de la piscina en horas de descanso del mediodía está muy alta.

El parking es bastante pequeño por lo cual no hay disponibilidad normalmente en periodo vacacional.

No se puede acceder a la salida de la playa con la tarjeta. (Cosa que deberían cambiar ya que siempre suele estar abierta).

La comida del buffet es bastante repetitiva.

El servicio de todo incluído en cuanto a bebida es bastante flojo, ya que si quieres un cóctel no te lo preparan como en otros hoteles, aquí simplemente le dan a un botón de la máquina y ya está.

Las camas super cómodas, espacioso .

Cons:

La habitación no interior no tenía un pequeño armario para poner la ropa estaba como En el salón las paredes estaban sucias le hace falta una mano de pintura aire acondicionado antiguo pero iba bien yo pondría consolas.

Pros:

Amazing so many connection to there partner hotel to have a food / bar / choices of different restaurant to book if you book inclusive deals. Staff are helpful & excellent deals to the customer's & I'm very grateful & thankful to receiving WELCOME PACK

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e a localização é muito boa, perto de tudo.

Cons:

O local das refeições é muito apertado, deixando filas e confusão. É necessário atravessar para outro hotel para fazer as refeições, um pouco chato.
No quarto, poderia ter mais itens de higiene, ficamos com o mesmo sabonete pequeno durante toda estadia. Um sabonete para 4 pessoas. O gel de banho é ruim e não há shampoo.
As cortinas no quarto não bloqueiam o sol, ou seja, tu acorda cedo querendo ou não.
A comida é razoável, porém com variedade limitada e muitas vezes não muito boa.
O maior absurdo de todos é o aluguel de toalhas para piscina. Isso é ridículo. Quem quiser uma toalha de piscina tem que pagar 10 euros de ALUGUEL POR TOALHA! As toalhas do quarto não podem ser usadas na piscina.
Sugestão: cobrem um calção por toalha de piscina disponibilizada. Assim evitam a perda ou roubo dessas toalhas, aluguel soa muito mal para um hotel desse nível.
