Great staff, great location 90 percent wheelchair friendly
Pros:

As a wheelchair user 90 percent of the hotel was accessible, staff was amazing especially Bob and Anderson, rooms were clean and well kept a little back dated but still well kept

Cons:

The 10 percent was the bathrooms were classed as accessible with handrails to help with assistance in baths but not by toilets, bathroom door was narrower then the bedroom doors so a 28inch width wheelchair would be hard to get through

Had a fun holiday with friends
Pros:

Stayed in a Seaview room, very much worth the little bit extra. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and the food was lovely. We also tried the mandarin restaurant where we had a great server, Chetam was very attentive to us and made sure we had a good experience. Overall we had a good time.

100€ scam !!!
Pros:

100€ deposit when you check in is a scam ! Do not pay by card because you won't get it back ! They will blame your bank for this issue.

We stopped there for a Christmas 2025 ,now it's March and we still haven't received 100€ back on our card . Use only cash !
