Agradable
Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio, el personal fue muy agradable y respetuoso.

Cons:

Que tenía que ir a los otros dos hoteles a comer porque en el nuestro solo estaba el bar de la piscina. También la poca variedad de comida, eso sí, la que había estaba buenísima.

I’m certainly going to stay there again later in the year.
Pros:

Amna and the staff at reception are extremely helpful and caring to ensure you have a great stay.
Like their sister hotels in the MGM group all the staff are the best.
Apartment was large and cleaned each day.
Location is perfect, close to the beach,restaurants, entertainment and transport.

Cons:

No faults.

Muy satisfactoria
Pros:

Apartamento limpio, grande, cómodo y bien equipado.
Personal muy amable.
En el hotel no hay buffet, hay que moverse a otro de la misma cadena pero solo hay que cruzar la piscina se tarda menos de 3 min.
Hay distintos restaurantes temáticos que tampoco están en el hotel pero están a 5 min andando y en caso de no poder ir andando o no querer el hotel te desplaza hasta allí.
Las instalaciones están limpias y la piscina es estupenda
Tiene un supermercado justo debajo que abre los domingos.
Zona muy turística
La playa también se encuentra cerca

Cons:

Hay que pagar un seguro de 100€ por si ocasionas daños en la habitación que no viene reflejado en la reserva, aunque nada más irnos se nos devolvió de forma inmediata.
El restaurante temático de sushi está temporalmente cerrado sin fecha de reapertura conocida, algo que nos generó algo de pena.

Limpeza, colchão

Cons:

Para hotel de 4 estrelas muito a desejar. Apartamento muito antigo, comida má, a maior parte dos funcionários não fala português, não explicam nada, muito ma organização quando é tudo incluído onde se vai comer, foi o primeiro hotel que fui que não tive direito a almoço no dia que saí com tudo incluído. Muito barulho toda a noite independentemente da hora. Não é hotel aconselhado a portugueses.

Lovely place!
Pros:

Let's just say that the hotel and area are just perfect, very clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen with all you need, close to everything, shops, restaurants, beach, large swiming pool and the staff at reception very kind and professional.
