Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt: Das Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig, das Frühstück lecker und die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ideal.
Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, lediglich eine Sitzgelegenheit hätte den Komfort noch verbessert.
Posizione molto comoda per la stazione. Centralissimo, sito in zona trafficata, ma insonorizzazione buona. Camera funzionale.
Ottima colazione.
Un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe avere la disponibilità di ciabattine e accappatoi in camera. Si possono invero chiedere alla reception, ma ho dovuto aspettare oltre mezz’ora.

Tutto. Consiglio! La bellezza dell’ambiente, la cura dei dettagli, la professionalità e bravura dello staff.. finalmente una struttura così a due passi (veri!) dalla stazione termini. Camera non grandissima ma comunque curata e letto comodissimo, bagno bello con doccia enorme.

On the positive side, the staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and very pleasant to interact with. This really makes a big difference and creates a very welcoming atmosphere.
The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses, and we slept very well. The food in the restaurant is delicious — we were especially impressed by the desserts, they were absolutely fantastic.
The location is also very good. Even though the hotel is close to the train station and located just across the street from it, the area is actually quite quiet and calm. At the same time, the transport connection is excellent — it is very easy to get to the city center, main attractions, and the metro is very close as well.
The room itself is nice, clean, and spacious, with good furniture and overall a pleasant interior. Nothing extraordinary, but everything is convenient and comfortable.
I am giving a low rating exclusively because of the condition of the bathroom. The grout and sealant joints are in poor condition, there is already mold on the silicone, and the faucets are loose. Most importantly, the condition of the bathtub itself is very disappointing — the drain stopper does not hold water, so the water slowly drains out.
We were really looking forward to relaxing in the bath after long walks, but unfortunately this was not possible because of the bathtub condition, which was quite disappointing.
The air conditioning was turned off because it is considered winter now, but the room was very difficult to breathe in — there was not enough fresh air. The windows face an inner courtyard, so it is not really possible to keep the windows open due to the noise coming from there.
Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately the maintenance of the plumbing, especially in the bathroom, is clearly not taken care of properly.
