Patiko vieta ir lovų patogumas

Nepatiko kad kambaryje buvo pelėsio po stalo stiklu, kad Vonios kriauklės spintelė buvo apsilupus, veidrodis didelis tik vonioje kas tikrai nepatogu, pusryčiai pagal viešbučio išvaizdą kuri atrodo prabangi buvo skurdūs.

NOT WORTH PAYING 300 PER NIGHT FOR THE ROOM

STAFF NOT FRIENDLY AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TELL US THAT COFFEE AND TEA ARE LOCATED BEHIND THE HOTEL AND YOU HAVE TO HELP YOURSELVES, WE STAY FOR FIVE NIGHTS AND ONLY GIVE US A SMALL BOTTLE OF MINERAL WATER

Bella struttura in posizione molto favorevole. Ma la cosa migliore è stata la presenza di uno staff molto professionale, ma che svolgeva sempre il suo lavoro con il sorriso sulle labbra. Exceptional service combining excellent location, high end finishes, amazing chef, and lovely staff.
Pros:

Davide at the front desk was exceptionally helpful to us. We had a medical health concern that would affect me flying home transatlantically. Davide assisted us by speaking to the medical facility we wanted to go to so that we could secure an appointment. He also phoned for a taxi to take us there. We had to stay an additional night, and we saw Davide again as we checked out and had a very nice chat.
We also appreciated the staff in the restaurant. The gentleman who works during the evening dinner time period is also exceptional. He was a pleasure to speak with and made our stay with UNA Deco Roma even more enjoyable.

Great location and extremely comfortable. Large bathroom.
Pros:

The location is perfect just a short walk from Termini. The area is safe and convenient within walking distance of various sites.

Cons:

You do have to clamber into the bath to have a shower. great for those with long legs, not so good for those older and shorter.

Pros:

Check in experience is good, polite, welcoming and informative. We booked a standard double which was beautiful, classy art deco theme throughout. Room facilities perfect, mini wet bar, safe, kettle, hairdryer and comfortable bed. Controllable air conditioning and a window that opens! Breakfast is a huge buffet with hot and cold options, and you can order omelettes etc to be made fresh. Gluten free bread, muffins, crackers & biscuits are available on request. All staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and really do brighten your day. I liked the live train departure and arrival board just adjacent to the lobby too. The location I found to be perfect for my holiday, close to lots of great restaurants and bars, the Opera, Termini, Piazza Della Repubblica/Naiads Fountain, Santa Maria Maggiore (the last popes final resting place) and Santa Maria of the Angels & Martyrs (built by Michealangelo). We walked to ALL the major tourist attractions from here (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City/St Peter’s and lots more), but if walking isn’t your thing, there are many, many transport options with buses/trams/metro/golf carts. Honestly I would stay here again, it really is the best of both worlds, away from the packed out streets, but everything in easy access. 10/10 for me!!
