Everything was perfect
No
I recently stayed at Aspire Oaks Ipswich and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On arrival, the first room I was given was filthy. The oven, table, air conditioner and many other areas were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
I was then moved to another room which had newer appliances, but that room had a strong unpleasant odour. There were stains all over the curtains, and the bed linen also had stains on it. I requested clean sheets, which were replaced, but then there was still a stain on the bed topper. In the end, I had to go out and buy my own linen just to feel comfortable sleeping there.
The floor and bathroom were also dirty, and dirty linen had been left on the kitchen bench. On a previous stay, the appliances were so old and poorly maintained that the dryer burnt one of my shirts, and clothes came out dirtier than when they went in.
The TVs are outdated and not smart TVs, so viewing options are very limited. To make matters worse, it is extremely noisy, with trains passing frequently, making it difficult to sleep.
Overall, this property is in desperate need of proper cleaning, maintenance and upgrades. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend staying here.
Close-to the CBD, good size room, staff were very helpful, secure parking.
Nothing really, perhaps change the towels a little more often.
Very clean and comfortable.
Next door to the train tracks so a bit noisy.
Convenience to Ipswich CBD , spacious , great aircon
Maybe review the kitchen exhaust hood , stove and oven cleaning status.
Great staff and properly
Comfy bed & good size apartment
Tv didn't work in the bedroom & couldn't find the iron, but there was a board. The coffee machine didn't work well, I had to keep pressing the start button (about 10 times to fill a mug)
Very clean and comfortable. Great location, highly recommend.
We had high expectations for this stay based on the Oaks reputation. Unfortunately our room fell way short of this. The staff were excellent and helpful which is about the only positive.
Where to start, the room looked like it was a former rental rather than a short stay accommodation. There was coffee facilities but no coffee mugs, the shower was full of black mold, threadbare carpet, holes in the wardrobe doors, couch was dirty and stained, one bedroom only had a ceiling fan and no airconditioning, air conditioners was old and dirty elsewhere in the apartment and overall shabby, run down and dirty. There was coffee worst was when we stepped out onto the balcony to see the views and the tiles were all cracked and moving under our feet. Not a very safe experience on the 8th floor. I’d love to think we just got unlucky with the room selection but it was certainly not a 4 star experience and we would not recommend.
Location
Great central location within short walk to shops and dining. Complementary parking on site provided.
Kids loved it

Staff at check-in, location, pool, outlook
Stayed in a 2 bedroom for 6 days. Outlook was awful - overlooking a train track area and the back of some shopping malls and industrial buildings. Large derelict house/building next door. Very noisy 24/7 with many trains and also some trucks. TV didnt work. Pool area was the best part of the property.
The location, near the railway station and the facilities. Great to be able to do laundry and cook meals.
