Pros:

We had a late arrival, and someone had parked in our car spot. Lucky the lovely Louise at reception was still there and allocated us another spot. Lousie was great through the whole process.

Cons:

Our room was an A room, so we had to enter a door before entering our actual room. Would have been nice if the door had both A & B written on it, not just a number.

Location wasn't the best. No pamphlets, or info, in the room to show the area and where to go for food/groceries.

Stay was excellent for what we needed with the exception of the railway noise.
Pros:

The interactions with staff were excellent, they were always friendly and eager to assist us with our enquiries.

Cons:

Our room was above a railway switching point which unfortunately was very noisy, something for us to remember for our next stay.

All was good except for the above mentioned
Cons:

There was soap with hair on it left in the bathtub we had no little spoons to make our coffee no bowls for cereal I borrowed a spoon and bowl from one of my relatives as we were all there for a wedding the little sugar sachets were all hard but everything else was good
