We had a 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of room...lots of space.

Cons:

We were right beside the train station/tracks...it was very hard to go to sleep and then we were woken multiple times by trains, then woken very early in the morning by trains. It was the worst location!

Room was fine but difficult ( and expensive) to park. Reception hard to find.
Cons:

Very complicated parking arrangement. Small signs - difficult to read from the drivers seat. Told to go to U6 to check in. What is U6 ? Why not just say “reception” and tell us which floor it is on ?
Also we were charged for parking which was not clear until we had actually parked.

Pros:

Great size room- bed room - living - kitchen. Parking on site. Washing machine extra tick ✅. Everything tidy. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Pros:

We had a two bedroom suite. It was excellent. Very clean and spacious. Great location. Staff amazing. Will definitely be back.

Lovely clean & comfortable studio apartment
Pros:

Lovely clean studio apartment, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The train track is very close and I was woken by the trains passing by which were very loud. Another small thing was the curtains weren't black out so it was very bright in the room once the sun came up, no chance of a lie in!

Great location and value for money
Pros:

The apartment we booked was huge! Had everything you’d need with a family (cooking utensils, pots and pans etc)
Beds comfy, large common areas

Lovely comfortable place to stay would stay again
Pros:

The staff were lovely facilities were great and close to everything we needed.

Cons:

There was no hot water until the following morning. In saying that the staff member on duty worked really hard to get it back on.

We had a lovely stay, spelnty of room, comfy beds, convient location
Pros:

The heated pool was a great bonus, the kids could still enjoy themselves even in the cooler weather. Unfortunately the spa was out of order, fixed the day we left.

Cons:

The shower head took a bit of manoeuvring every shower to stay up, in ensuite bathroom.
