Near Perfect, Just Maintenance the Pool & Area
Pros:

The staff are lovely very accommodating ans helpful, the accommodation is beautiful the area is very convenient.

Cons:

The pool could do with some maintenance the tiles are falling off, it wasent very clean

Comfortable, convenient and great staff
Pros:

It was a good size room with kitchenette.

The staff were amazing. Especially Jodi. She went out of her way to help me when I arrived and with the tv.

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The fridge was freezing my drinks and food but the staff were amazing and offered to swap the fridge over.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay - friendly, helpful staff, rooms that were clean, comfortable and quiet, a convenient location and secure off-street parking. The breeze from the balcony was wonderful, as were the views of historic Ipswich. We've enjoyed our stay here on previous occasions, and would happily recommend it to others. Price for the room was a bit high, but overall no complaints.

Nice and central
Pros:

Nice spacious one bedroom unit which was clean and tidy. Beds are fantastic quality. Has a kitchenette with everything you need to prep a meal, but why would you bother as there are so many dining out options within a couple of minutes walk! From fine dining to pizza I was shocked at how much ipswich has come along in respect to restaurants. Oaks is located perfectly to take advantage of them. Reception we're lovely and welcoming and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

We had a late arrival, and someone had parked in our car spot. Lucky the lovely Louise at reception was still there and allocated us another spot. Lousie was great through the whole process.

Cons:

Our room was an A room, so we had to enter a door before entering our actual room. Would have been nice if the door had both A & B written on it, not just a number.
