I got there to check in and no one was there. I called the number and was told very rudely that I could come back AFTER 9PM or cancel. There is STILL a hold on my credit card and it's been days.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Dirty and noisy rooms, run-down 3rd world vibe.
Cons:

Dirty filthy place. The bed and sheets were clean but everything else was rundown and nasty. Like 20 years of grime on the light switch type of deal you know.
