Fantastic stay!!!
Pros:

Excellent stay! I was here for the Philly Love Run and the staff could not have been more accommodating! The entire team from housekeeping to front desk were extremely warm and a pleasure to interact with. My room was wonderful and exceptionally clean. Centered in the perfect location, the Palomar is a can’t miss! Shout out to Rebekah for her wonderful service!

Fabulous in Rittenhouse
Pros:

Beautiful boutique style Hotel , right near Rittenhouse Park , staff was friendly , they offer complimentary cover tea in the lobby in the morning with a beautiful lounge and fireplace , full restaurant too! square 1682! Nile & Cain were our servers! Wonderful service & great food! The service here was impressive & a very friendly hostess taunya.. and shout out to Andy too just lovely service & wonderful hotel

Myself and my family stayed with you on 31st March to 1st April. On arrival Dermot went out of his way to be helpful and to offer incredible customer service. Stay at Kimpton Hotel Palomar
Pros:

Really love this hotel. It's modern, the beds are comfortable and it's close to tons of restaurants and nightlight. The rooms are super clean and the water pressure and temperature is great! This time Dermot checked me out and it was super quick and efficient.

Amazing Experience!
Pros:

We stayed at Kimpton Palomar last weekend to visit some family and we had the best time! Room was very clean and the happy hour was a nice touch! The location was the perfect area to walk around and get a bite to eat. Check in process was smooth, Rebekah and Irina were nice and attentive! Philly never disappoints!

Pros:

STAFF amazing met anything and everything.

Cons:

The furniture in the rooms is below how the rest of the HOTEL operates. Torn cushions and broken draws / doors.

Amazing expirience
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the food at the restaurant was really good. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Rebecka and Irina were especially informative and very sweet, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here.
