I would stay there again .
Pros:

Although the property looks old it had everything I needed . Very clean and . comfortable .

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty slim, but our issue was a very rowdy middle school basketball team. The prove was very high but understand the location is convenient

We enjoyed our stay there. The pillows were great. The beds were comfortable. We will stay again.

Pros:

Staff was courteous and informative. The room was very clean. My special conditions that I requested were met.

Cons:

AC had a small but annoying knocking. The noise was the only fault I could find and I'm sure it can be remedied.

Budget-Friendly! Just skip the breakfast
Pros:

If you are visiting Penn State for a weekend, this is a great budget-friendly option. Our room was clean, they had our room ready at 2 PM (check in was at 3, but we arrived early), and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly. I wouldn't expect a lot of bells and whistles if you stay here, but it was a perfectly fine hotel and I appreciated being able to stay overnight for such an affordable price!

Cons:

The only thing I did not love was the breakfast. The options are VERY limited, and to be honest none of them were good. The safest bet was yogurt with a banana.
