Broken door, DID NOT LOCK - staff did not care.
Cons:

Our door was broken and DID NOT LOCK, we alerted reception immediately, they didn't seem bothered but said they would call someone in. We had to go out as we had a booking so I asked that they call us to let us know. We got back from our trip to find reception empty ans the door in a worse state than before. We are two small young women travelling, it was not safe at all for us. Obviously we did not get any sleep. I cannot believe they would allow it and not contact us.
