Für eine Übernachtung vor früher Bahnreise optimal.
Pros:

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wegen früher Abreise war Frühstück ab 7 Uhr sehr passend.

Cons:

Dusche wurde nicht richtig warm. Aufzug zu klein für einfachen Fahrradtransport zum Stellplatz.

Zimmer schön groß

Cons:

ICH habe 2 Zimmer gebucht, habe bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich als booking Genius bucher die 2 Zimmer gebucht habe und gerne selbst ein Zimmer weiter oben haben möchte, wenn möglich. Das wurde abgelehnt, weil das businessZimmer mit Aufpreis wären. Ich war bereits 2x in dem Haus. Was ist passiert? Meine mitreisende Kollegin ist in den Genuss eines Zimmers im 11. Stock gekommen. Ohne Aufpreis... das fand ich extrem ärgerlich. Und Es hat niemand interessiert.
Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit, Brot war bereits um 7 Uhr alle, wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Obst gab es keines. Auf Nachfragen, wo ich Süßstoff an Buffet finde, wurde genervt reagiert und gefunden habe ich auch keinen, wo er angeblich sein sollte.
Ich war schon mal dort und begeistert vom Frühstück und den tollen Zimmern mit Blick. Diesmal sehr enttäuscht und werde auch nicht wiederkommen. Da gibt es in Mannheim für den Preis besseres.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gab Wasser, Tee, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Eine Individuelle Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Ich bevorzuge Zimmer weit oben, das war der Fall.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr nahe am Aufzug, zum Glück aber wenig zu hören.

Die Wege vom Büffet zum Frühstücksraum zu lang. In Einzelfällen kann dies "nicht barrierefrei" bedeuten!

Praktische Unterkunft für Wochenendtrip nach Mannheim
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof Mannheim und ist somit fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Vom Hotel geht es zu Fuß oder bequem mit der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und die Betten bequem. Das Bad war ideal für zwei und schön hell. Der Checkout funktioniert unproblematisch online. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Bezug auf das Zimmer und die Ausstattung passt.

Cons:

Der Preis für ein Bier (0,5 L) an der Bar ist mit 5 Euro meines Erachtens zu hoch, aber es gibt noch andere Angebote.

In die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, wenn man abends mit dem Zug in Mannheim ankommt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wird an allem gespart, was nicht sein muss. In den letzten Jahren ist es deutlich schlechter geworden und ich würde nun nicht mehr dort übernachten.

Pros:

Quasi direkt neben dem Bahnhof und daher sehr zentral gelegen. Unsere Zimmer waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, durch die die Zimmer alle eine angenehme Temperatur hatten. Toller Ausblick auf die Stadt von den höheren Stockwerken aus.

Cons:

Frühstück für das gebotene viel zu teuer, es war quasi nie normale Wurst vorhanden, immer nur Salami. Komische Aufmachung, das Frühstück streckt sich quasi durch den halben, hinteren Foyer, anstatt alles an einem Platz zu haben.

Der Fön im Bad ist ein schlechter Witz, da dieser einen viel zu schwachen Wind erzeugt.
