Enttäuschend!
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers, Ausstattung (Mobiliar des Zimmers), Bad, Frühstück

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft vollkommen überheizt, (25,9 Grad), die Temperatur ließ sich, auch mit Hilfe des Personals, mit der Klimaanlage nicht reduzieren. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer (Upgrade) angeboten. Doch auch hier trat das gleiche Problem auf.
Die Lage des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr laut durch Bahn und Straßenbahnen.
Von 2 Fahrstühlen funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl.
Alles in allem waren wir nicht zufrieden und werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Enttäuschend!

Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, die zentrale Lage am Hbf war gut

Cons:

Schmutzige Vorhänge.
Für zwei Personen lag nur ein Duschhandtuch bereit und der Mülleimerdeckel lag irgendwo im Bad auf dem Boden
Das Mineralwasser das im Zimmer bereit stand war leer und nicht erneuert.
Am Samstag um 22:00 war die Bar bereits geschlossen obwohl laut Aushang bis 0 Uhr geöffnet haben soll.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne nach Mannheim und in dieses Hotel weil ich mich dort wohl fühle😊
Pros:

Die Lage ist 🤩
Das Zimmer war sauber und im Bad war alles top. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das leckere Frühstück hatte alles was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht😉😋

Cons:

Ich kann nichts negatives finden!

Übernachtung gut, Personal nett, Frühstück schlecht
Pros:

Lage und Sauberkeit

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht variantenreich. Das Wurst und Käseangebot sehr gering.Das Buffet lag im Flurbereich des Hotels, keine Abtrennung zum Checkin.
