Nimmt ein anderes Hotel

Nur, dass es direkt am Bahnhof ist

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer, das uns zugeteilt wurde, war schmutzig und nicht einmal ordentlich aufgeräumt. Als ich dies an der Rezeption meldete, wurde mir einfach gesagt, das Zimmer sei sauber – ohne dass jemand überhaupt nachsehen wollte. Statt das Problem ernst zu nehmen, bekam ich kommentarlos ein anderes Zimmer.

Im zweiten Zimmer fehlte dann die übliche kostenlose Wasserflasche für Gäste. Als ich erneut zur Rezeption ging, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich und machte abfällige Grimassen. Sie behauptete in einem unangemessenen Ton, dass selbstverständlich jedes Zimmer Wasser habe – so, als würde ich etwas Unwahres behaupten oder hätte mir selbst etwas genommen. Dieses Verhalten war respektlos und völlig unprofessionell.

Am Ende bekam ich zwar eine Flasche Wasser, aber die Art und Weise, wie ich behandelt wurde, war eine absolute Frechheit. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Service einen sehr schlechten Eindruck – sowohl organisatorisch als auch im Umgang mit Gästen

Pros:

Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Von hier aus ist die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle für sämtliche Richtungen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Direkt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Zimmer sind immer sauber und trotz der Lage ruhig.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht so gut einstellen. Nachts fand ich es zu warm im Zimmer.

Für meinen Zweck (Einzelübernachtung) war es optimal
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral und in zwei Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Super war auch die sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für mein Fahrrad.
