Zeer goede bedden en zeer vriendelijk onthaal.
Alles was gezien de prijs perfect.
Clean, modern room, helpful staff, excellent break, good value.
I liked the furnishings and space of the rooms.I did not use other facilities in the hotel.
I checked in very early in the morning, around 2 a.m., and was exhausted after a long day of work and travel.
I stayed in a room that was on the 3rd floor, east side of the building. The disappointing and kind of bizarre (3) items.
1. The deadbolt was not aligned with the strike plate, so the door did not or could not lock.
2.. the outside building parking lot light post was directly outside the window, and it was angled just enough that it lit up the room like a spot light, brighter than the sun! Super bright! Couldn't believe it! It was the stupidest thing, and it made me laugh out loud at how ridiculous this experience was. There were no blackout curtains installed, and so I had to pile up the sofa cushions to cover about half the window and also used a sheet. It didn't really work. The room was still bright enough that you could read a book.
2. I woke up to the sound of the lady in the next room talking on the phone. It sounded like she was in bed with me. That'sI heard every word she spoke. It wasn't coming from the room connected at my headboard either, but the other side of the room. It was like there must have been hollow walls and super large gabs under the doors that connect rooms. I could hear her talking on the phone about coming into town to get some new shoes and how she went down to the lobby for breakfast, then came back to her room and fell asleep again. I could hear her little snores. This was not your typical experience of hearing the next-door neighbors in a hotel room kind of thing. I figured there must be some large gaps under the doors.
Like I said, there are a few things that need to be fixed in that room. Hopefully, the other rooms don't have these problems, but I wouldn't count on it. I let the manager who checked me in know about the outside light issues when I went down and asked for extra blankets or sheets to cover up the window.
Emplacement pratique, proche routes.Trés bon accueil, chambres trés confortables, propres, petit déjeuner inclus correct.
Les matelas un peu mous pour moi.
The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, the location is safe and convenient. The price was affordable considering that breakfast is included.

Good location.
Staff was great!
Overall, the hotel is well kept and comfortable.
Very rude and uncooperative staff, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.
Good breakfast. Free parking, close to Highway. Room very wide and comfortable, well equipped. Vending machine with food for microwave oven
Everything, front staff was amazing. Just on the outside of the city, great for bikers. Gas station across the road.
No coffee in room available in lobby 24/7 but I like it in the room personally.
The staff were nice. The room was fine. The bed was good enough. The window shades kept the morning sun out really well.
The biscuits and gravy ran out more than 30 min before breakfast was supposed to be over both mornings we were there. The walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors really well. The shower curtain was too short for the bathtub, and so it was hard to keep the shower water in the tub. It was clean enough, but I didn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Not enough lights, really dark in there during the day.
