Beetje Goed Lift was kapot moest bijna 20 minuten wachten een dat is niet normaal.

De ligging

Cons:

De geur in de badkamer.
Rook naar riool.

Er was geen trappenhuis.
(Konden wij niet vinden)

En heel lang wachten op de lift
Regelmatig een lift stuk

Konden niet contant betalen voor de accommodatie ,
Terwijl dat nergens op de site staat aangegeven.

Normaal doe ik niet aan recensies.

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Aquarien in der Lobby.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Zimmer ist teilweise verschlissen. Das Frühstücksbufett hat eine schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältniss.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Der erste Eindruck täuscht gewaltig! Enge, kleine und verschmutzte Tiefgarage. Langer Check-in. Wohnen auf einer Baustelle, von der vorher nichts bekannt war. Auf dem Zimmer gab es im Bad keine Handtücher und wurden an der Rezeption reklamiert. Nach drei Stunden erneute Nachfrage - danach wurden mir die Handtücher an Rezeption ausgehändigt (Zimmerservice nicht vorhanden). Im Zimmer keine Info-Mappe oder Stadtplan, kein Trinwasser (nur leere Gläser), keine zweite Toilettenrolle (nur wenige Blätter in Rolle 1 !!!), Kopfkissen-Inlet schmutzig und fleckig.
Insgesamt die Räumlichkeiten im Hotel schmutzig (Baustelle eben).
Das Frühstück für 16.90 Euro in den Frühstücksräumen (wie im Wartesaal) unterirdisch. Eine einzige Kaffeemaschine, eine Sorte Käse, kein Obst, kein Brot. Blanke Tische...und chaotische "Selbstbedienung".
Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen! Internetauftritte täuscht über viele Mängel hinweg!

Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Zimmer sind o.k.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wenige Minuten Fußmarsch zum Bahnhof, Innenstadt oder "Deutsche Fußballmuseum".

Cons:

Beim Check In wurden mir nicht die von booking com angegeben Zimmerpreise in Rechnung gestellt, sondern die höheren Hotelpreise für jedes der drei Zimmer einzeln abgebucht. Eigentlich hätte man sofort wieder abreisen müssen.

Frühstück war extrem minimalistisch. Selten so ein schlechtes Frühstückbüfett erlebt.

Hotelbar war zu keiner Zeit besetzt.

It was cold and the windows were left open when we arrived. The shower leaked and the bed stank of wet dog.
Parking was a nightmare as I had to twice reverse out of the parking because the card given didn’t work and anyone who has been here knows what that is like
