I have had food delivered to the hotel. Like Dash, actually a brazilian app called iFood. They are a 5-star hotel, THAT DIDN’T deliver the food to your room. They do not have message boys. Bell boys. It is an absurd, meanwhile the Minister of Economy having breakfast in the same hotel. Outrageous. How dare can’t they deliver to our door

Para ser o melhor e mais caro hotel de Brasilia, ele deixa a desejar.
Café da manhã fraco, muita opção mas de baixa qualidade e hotelaria ruim, pois esquecemos um vaso de flor e foi um sufoco para encontrar.. não nos deram a menor atenção.

It gets VERY busy on the weekends with locals visiting and using the kids club, pool and facilities. There were hundreds of people using the swimming pool. It was a bit chaotic and not very relaxing. By the Monday the atmosphere had completely changed and it was much quieter and much more pleasant.

Foi apenas uma diaria para celebrar aniversario. Foi tudo perfeito, o quarto muito confortavel e a area de lazer muito agradavel. No restaurante, comemos a melhor feijoada com musica ao vivo. A noite, a diversao ficou por conta da banda que tocava no The old bar, com petiscos deliciosos acompanhados de um bom vinho, tudo isso a poucos metros do quarto.
