The location is good, very close to Spanish Steps and Metro station. The Hotel is located in a side street, in the 3rd floor of an old building.
The hotel is located in the 3rd floor of an old building, the elevator is very old and it only allows 3 people inside. The room that we stayed is small. There is no desk, no chair in the room. The bed is too soft and not comfortable. The breakfast does not have enough variety. The staff at the reception are not friendly, they would not say hello or good morning to us unless we say it first during the three days we were there.
Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, Seitenstraße. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed in the Margutta Suite - perfect for families, one bedroom with additional sitting room and a lovely bathroom.
The hotel is situated on one of the most beautiful streets of Rome, within easy walking distance of the Spanish steps and Trevi. We were given excellent recommendations for dinner by Dalia for restaurants - Pizza Re was amazing!
The breakfast was especially memorable for the delicious homemade cakes, it was a truly authentic experience and very memorable.
Unschlagbare Lage, direkt neben dem Piazza di Spagna in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung, großartiges Frühstück, wunderbar freundliches Personal. Alles top, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Location was perfect. We just got home from our wonderful Italian vacation. Does this property offer breakfast everyday - that was never mentioned to us?

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The street was just behind the busy Via del Babuino, but quiet while so convenient!
The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy.
We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!
(oh, and if you are fans of the movie, Roman Holiday, Gregory Peck‘s apartment was located just down the street!)
Really friendly and welcoming staff, particularly at breakfast. They remembered our coffee order each morning and had a basket of gluten free products ready for my mother every day also. Great location just a few minutes walk to the spanish steps and piazza de poppolo. Lots of restaurants in the area within a few steps also. Rooms were very clean and had a traditional style which I found charming.
