Pros:

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Tenía microondas y hervidor de agua.

Cons:

La ubicación, aún cerca de la estación para poder moverte la zona era muy insegura. No se podía salir pasada la tarde.
El ruido que se escuchaba desde muy temprano en la habitación hacia que no se pudiese descansar después de las 7.00 am.
El agua de la ducha tenía muy poca presión lo que hizo muy complicado lavar el pelo.
Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas.

Practical and decent
Pros:

Was clean, comfortable and close to Mestre station. We could also leave the luggage to visit Venice.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but there were shifts to have it. They were very strict and even I was going to take one last thing a minute over the time and was stopped by a staff member. This turned the experience a little sour.

Look for better place
Pros:

Location is great to reach Venice island by train or by bus(easier). There is a close by supermarket.
The lady who serves the breakfast was helpful and kind.
There is a really nice cafe close by called Coffee Break which is cheaper and way better than the hotel's breakfast with lots of options if you are looking for a protein-rich healthy breakfast.

Cons:

Employee at the reception didn't give a heads up that breakfast needs registration before reception shift ends; I learned it after shift ends.
The room was on the ground floor but felt like underground looking at the backyard which I didn't even open the window, full blacked out room then which is good for your circadian rythm.
The bed was so uncomfortable; instead of recovering I just woke up with sore back, shoulders and neck. Double bed is like 140cm. The middle of bed was sagged as well.
Bathroom drain was half-clogged.
Breakfast was mentioned quite good in the comments but my experience was opposite. I regret paying extra 9 euros per person instead of going to close by cafe which we had our first day breakfast in. Cutlery didn't really look hygienic and I was expecting an omelet which I couldn't find. (Hey, that lady who serves the breakfast is the warmest person in that hotel).

Pros:

Posizione strategica a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Mestre. Personale veramente gentile. Siamo arrivati ci ha spiegato come raggiungere Venezia e ci ha fatto la tessera per non pagare l'entrata a Venezia. C'è stato un problema con l'acqua calda e ha deciso di toglierci il pagamento del parcheggio. Soggiorno perfetto
