Hotel is dated. Internet was very bad. I had to tether my phone to get my email to set up. Desk chair was broken. Internet cable was broken. Otherwise clean but needs a refresh. Not up to par with others in this brand.
We love the hotel we love the staff , we love the location
The winds lol but that’s out of their control.
The staff was accommodating and treated my mother so well. We enjoy the restaurant and the pool was beautiful!
The restaurant doesn't serve dinner until 5pm. We had a long day and would have enjoyed something to eat rather than snacks.
the coffee kerig in room did not work only issue
Historical and beautiful vibes
Need better pillows
The room was fine. Its a pretty hotel.
The bar on a Saturday does not open until 5. You can take your own alcoholic beverages to sit out at the pool. We picked this hotel because it had a pool hot tub seating and a bar so we could enjoy the hotel for the day before we went to our obligations that evening. Instead we left and spent the day at another establishment
Loved the outdoor space with plants, flowers, pool and jacuzzi! Amazing front desk service as well on a very busy weekend.
It would have been nice to have a breakfast included for the price, but we booked knowing it didn’t, as there were very few choices available that weekend, and they were accommodating.
The hotel was nice and the pool was nice.
Checking in 2 hours later than normal time was a pain. I get being understaffed but it was kind of crazy having to wait 2 hours with no notifications it was ready. The only way I knew it was ready was when I messaged the front counter.
Pesima experiencia.
The water coming out of the bathroom sink had a weird smell
Clean comfortable
Great staff
very beautiful
Bathroom could of been cleaner
My husband and I very recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and hosted an event at Hilton Garden Inn, Las Cruces, NM.
Jessica Olivas was the event planner/coordinator who helped us plan and book the event. To say that she was helpful, friendly, organized and efficient is to put it mildly. Jessica went above and beyond to help us.
The three employees who served the food and oversaw the service at the event also went above and beyond to make sure every guest was well served. Every guest raved about the quality of the food (a big thank you to the chef), the service, and the beautiful venue. We just would not have changed a thing.
We have stayed at this property many times and really like the amenities, location, upkeep of the hotel and very friendly staff. We rated the hotel a 5 based upon so many great experiences in the past even though there were a few minor hiccups during this last stay.
The property is well maintained with clean rooms, well organized and clean common areas, a very nice pool and neat landscaping. Parking is free and the breakfast, and breakfast staff, is very good. Hilton Diamond members receive a food & beverage credit each day that should cover a typical breakfast order.
In addition to a good breakfast service there is also a nice bar operated in the evenings.
On this trip we had a few hiccups with our billing and also room cleaning. Although it’s posted in each room that rooms will be cleaned every-other day (sticker on mirror), guests need to actually tell the front desk that they would like their room cleaned. At some point the hotel should remove the Covid era stickers from the bathroom mirrors to avoid confusion since the desk may not always advise of the room cleaning policy upon guest check in. Also be aware of surge pricing for rooms during very busy times like mid-May university graduation weekend in Las Cruces.
As mentioned, any issues are manageable. This is a very good property and the staff works hard to take care of the hotel and guests.
