Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Cons:

The toilets are very low to the floor. Prefer chair hight for the toilets.

Good location although can be noisy.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the events we were attending. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room as I am light sleeper. I was told that my request had been granted and yet, found myself listening to the traffic on the interstate all night. Next time I will be more specific: a room away from the traffic.

Pros:

Cons:

チェックインの際に、一人で対応していて前の方に時間がかかり過ぎていて15分ほど待った。ランドリーを使う際に両替をお願いしたが、後で確認したら間違っていて5ドルほど返ってきていなかった。

OUTSTANDING customer service and cleanliness!
Pros:

This is an OUTSTANDING property for a college town. Austin at reception is AWESOME! We stayed one night while visiting the area and Austin helped in pointing out all the areas to go visit including the White Sands NP. His suggestions for food were on point and you could just tell he cared about our experience! Good times! The food was good in the restaurant in the morning with that Green Chile salsa! The pool area was very nice and clean, the room was totally clean and refreshing after a long day. And the best thing was that it was quiet. Highly suggest this spot when in Las Cruces.

Workshop taken to another level.
Pros:

Top notch facility and staff to host your event. The level of customer service you receive is unreal. The food is absolutely delicious! The location...well it's all about location. Give them a call and see what they have to offer. I will use them for all my training workshops in the Las Cruces area.

Lovely hotel with warm and welcoming staff
Pros:

Excellent frontdeskcheck in with Dee. Warm welcoming and knowledgeable. Deseree in the bar was very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are always very nice clean and I love the fact they have a laundry on site.
