Awesome stay for a weekend trip to Kings Island
Pros:

This hotel was easily accessible from the highway and close to many major attractions and restaurants. The customer service was impeccable and the facilities were clean and well kept. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable and guests were extremely disruptive.

Cons:

The staff didn’t do a good job at keeping the other guests from being disruptive. The lobby was so loud, groups of people were sitting around drinking while the kids were standing in the walkways, not moving for other guests. The floor above us was having some sort of relay running event that stopped for a few minutes after staff went upstairs, then started back up. The bed was not very comfortable and pillows were old and flat.

Everyone got a hot shower, a comfortable bed, and a great breakfast! What more could you ask for?
Pros:

Conveniently located, friendly staff. My daughter left her cell phone in the room, and they promptly called and held it at the front desk for us. That is service that goes beyond expectations!

Cons:

I have stayed in several Hilton Garden Inn locations, and this one was more expensive than I was expecting. I understand this is probably standard rates for this area, but it caught me a little off guard. This will not keep me from staying here in the future.
