Fabulous stay
Pros:

Went for 2 nights for a cousin/girls getaway. The hotel staff were all very nice and gave great customer service both in person and on the phone. Check in was super easy with the app. Our room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. We are never disappointed at a Hilton hotel.

I stayed less than 24hours , overall it was a lovely experience. Would stay again in future.
Pros:

Close to the airport and airport shuttle was available for pick up and drop off . Clean facility and very spacious

Cons:

Too many light switches to turn on before the room lights up.

It wasn’t the most pleasant stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was very small and couldn’t fit my family.
I paid very high price for a large suite. However, they didn’t have it available. So we had to squeeze into a
small room and the stay was not comfortable. The bottom line, I was charged too much money which is not fair. Jim

Nice staff at Homewood
Pros:

The staff were superb. Katterin at front desk is a gem.
Walking into the room and seeing Welcome on the tv was a special touch. Breakfast was yummy. Comfy bed and nice sheets.

Cons:

No soap dispenser in kitchen or at bathroom sink. No coat rack as you enter the room and I found the lighting in the kitchen rather drab. Did not have a spot to put up my suitcase in the room. Only one garbage can in the room. The parking lot was so full at times that people were parking in the loading/unloading area making it impossible for a cab to pull up near the door.

It was perfect getaway, 2 weeks well spent!!
Pros:

Clean and easy to navigate! The staff were amazing, Janice, Katterin, Eliana and Humera especially were lovely! The crew that ran breakfast was always very welcoming!! The breakfast got a lot of bad reviews in previous surveys but we thought the variety was very good!!
