Gute Lage und unkomplizierter Check-in, aber beim Schlafkomfort sollte nachgebessert werden.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus gut zu erreichen und bietet Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und rund um die Uhr möglich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, was ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben ist.

Cons:

Leider waren die Betten bzw. das Schlafsofa für unsere Kinder bei der Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Zudem war das Schlafsofa extrem hart, sodass man die Federn deutlich spüren konnte. Es war dadurch sehr unbequem und für eine erholsame Nacht leider nicht geeignet.

Pros:

Their GM and staff were friendly, accomodating and welcoming guests with smiles! Dining room staffs were very attentive. Breakfast is Great! Rooms were clean and spacious! Special thanks to all their staff, GM and Ms. Gee!

Overall, it was a great, so we would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was a nice size, the staff were friendly and the location was near many restaurants and shops. The shower gel was very nice. Shout out to Alanna. She graciously gave us a seltzer water from her dinner one evening. We truly appreciated it!

Cons:

There were three of us in one room with a kitchen, but only one trashcan, which is located in the bathroom sink area. This was very challenging to manage, and because housekeeping never came, we had to take our trash downstairs multiple times. The lighting in the room was not preferable, because although there were enough lighting options, they each needed to be turned on by hand. Breakfast was just OK. As pescatarians, we appreciated the breakfast potatoes, but the eggs were not good and the oatmeal had a slimy, mucus like texture. I think they were just a tad overcooked. The door for our room (314) it was very, very hard to open and close. It was also very loud.
