Beautiful little Balinese Style Hideaway
Pros:

Loved this place - felt like we were in Bali - the setting was beautiful, rooms lovely, pool & spa area just lovely - the weather was a bit rainy but still warm, so loved that one of the pools was heated. The restaurant - Spice Den - is excellent! Close to amenities, including supermarket - a little cafe "Tucker" around the corner, just excellent!

Winter Escape
Pros:

Loved our overnight stay at Oaks Casaurina Santai Resort! Could not fault a thing! Great location with beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. Amazing grounds and pools. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our only regret is not staying longer! We will definitely be back!

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and gorgeous and very clean, the staff are so friendly and always willing to assist you, the restaurant is amazing with an amazing manager and the pool areas are just so relaxing and stunning and clean

Santai Casuarina
Pros:

Anytime we travel north to see family we break up our trip with a little indulgence at the Santai. We love the layout of the complex, the rooms and the restaurant. It never disappoints.

Comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

The check-in was seamless. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious with lots of comfortable furniture. We ordered dinner from Spice Den and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Terrible would not recommend
Pros:

Not much , the property is extremely tired and needs a full renovation . The furniture was old and crappy , pillows terrible . One tea towel for a week , same towels for a week . Tv doesn’t work very well

Pros:

The studio room with courtyard was spacious and well laid out with large accessible bathroom. Comfortable bed and lounge chair.

Cons:

There was nothing i didn't like, but there was noise coming up from the restaurant below us but it didn't last for very long . Some water on arrival in the fridge would of been nice till I was able to get to the shop.

Wonderful, we will be back in summer
Pros:

Absolutely stunning views from around the resort, clean rooms, clean guest facilities. The staff were amazing in reception on both check in and out. I would definitely love to come back in warmer weather

Cons:

My only issue is how the toilet is situated inside the shower, making it impossible to use the bathroom after a shower without your pants getting wet.

The resort was spectacularly beautiful and private. Very quiet, excellent facilities, clean and very modern with a Bali-like feel to it. Our room was 5 stars. We were so lucky the hotel upgraded our room. The upgrade was all courtesy of the hotel without any request from us. The room was a studio suite opening up to a private balcony and directly to the beautiful pool. Thank you so much!! We plan to definitely visit again for a few days to enjoy the facilities and beach near by.

The location of Oaks Casuarina Santai resort was perfect for our trip. The lobby was very welcoming and announced holiday and relaxation as you walk through the great tall double main entrance doors. The decor and furnishing every thing was just beautiful and relaxing. The pool right in the centre of the accommodation, plants, trees and cleanliness of the place was just wonderfu
