Our stay was excellent we didn’t want to leave the best part was the pool and the comfortable lounge chairs!! 10/10
Pros:

The pool was great, beds were comfortable, our room was clean and modern and the food was great throughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

The most comfortable bed I've slept on at any hotel
The quality of the body wash/ shampoo etc was the best i have had anywhere in the world when it comes to hotels. Pillow were super comfortable. Fridge kept things nice and cold

Cons:

The step into the bathroom, stubbed my toe as i didn't notice it.

Great location to the CBD. The lovely outlook over the park which we walked most mornings and the stylish dining, bar and pool areas.

This location is quiet and works if you don’t mind walking.
Pros:

This location is not great for nearby restaurants especially if you need a late dinner or weekend breakfast. CBD Adelaide is walkable and there is free bus and tram service.

Cons:

I thought the staff was not as friendly or helpful as other places we had been in Australia.

Pros:

Adelaide stay which made me sick!
Pros:

Comfy bed, nice central location, good breakfast, liked the iron and board, great shower, plenty of paid parking on site , nice pool and bar area

Cons:

Hotel mixed up our bed configuration and provided a double instead of a twin( move 1) next room provided was room number 1, next to a toilet, lift, dining room, reception and was extremely noisy!! ( move 2) room 3 had a fridge that leaked water and as a consequence smelt really musty and a sink that was very slow to drain in the bathroom. I suffer lung issues and experienced chest tightness as a result which really put a dampner on our holiday. We notified reception of the issue and maintenance were called but the issue wasnt resolved. I personally think the hotel were aware of these issues previously, its difficult for me to believe housekeeping werent aware of the amount of water that was leaking from the fridge. Hotel offers a cashback credit if you don't require room servicing but it's in the fine print and I would expect most people wouldn't be aware. Lastly the hotel books out the pool space for functions which is really inconvenient as you can't use the pool area from early afternoon until the following day. The noise was loud as the rooms are overlooking the pool area and events went on until after 10pm. We had 2 events in our 6 days there and involved DJ'S and a saxophone. Would of been good if these things were advertised as a possibility at time of booking which would of swayed our decision to book.

Pros:

So clean, staff were amazing close to both bus and tram stops, quiet, and beautifully renovated. Also the bed was so comfy, I was going to check the brand to buy when I upgrade my mattress
