Pros:

Food at the restaurant downstairs was good.

Cons:

When we arrived staff were not helpful. We requested a cot and was told we would get one when we asked at reception but we didn't receive the cot. Our TV didn't work in our room and we called to ask reception for help but they were no help. The room smelt really bad.

would recommend staying here - just be prepared is on outer fringe of CBD eg) 30 min walk to Gardens
Pros:

clean, modern, great Margaritas!! rooms were good size, nice modern bathrooms and all hotel was nicely presented, room service very prompt and food nice and hot

Cons:

Pancakes were hard and did not seem fresh, nor meet my expectations. They appeared store-bought and reheated rather than freshly made

We will be back again.
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The Evening meal in the restaurant was 10/10 too!!!
The bed was very comfy - we really couldn't fault anything at all. It was a refreshing experience.

Cons:

Not hotel issue, but booking.com provided a price and that there was onsite parking - it would have been nice to know that was an extra charge too... I don't like surprises much.

Would not stay here again
Pros:

Location and 24 hr staff

Cons:

The cleanliness has gone drastically down hill since I stayed 1 year ago. You have to ask for them to vacuum your room, otherwise they dont.
I also noticed house keeping cleaning the coffee cups in the bathroom sink!
All glasses and cups should be going through the dishwasher.
They had a "private function" on in the bar the night i dined with a friend in the restaurant.
I asked in advance if it would be noisy and was informed no, definitely not.
It was so loud, even sitting next to eachother in rhe restaurant we could barely hear eachother.
Overall very unimpressed with the decline at this hotel and would not stay there again.

Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

There was no communication about kitchen hours. Disappointing that you cannot get any room service Monday to Thursday only weekends.
It doesn’t state that on their online information.
Very quick to charge $ for things but that is definitely something that should be mentioned
