Cons:

The bathroom ceiling was leaking and they left wet towels all over the bathroom. We told the staff about the leak and they said someone would fix it but they didn’t it gradually got worse and was coming through the door frame.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful

Great place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is lovely, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The gym is small but has everything you need to get a good workout.
The hotel is located in a peaceful spot. It’s about 20-30 min from the shopping mall.

Cons:

The male cleaner wasn’t good. He simply hung the fresh towels without cleaning the shower or making the bed. However, the two female cleaners were excellent and left the room spotless.

A quick stopover
Pros:

We arrived late and checked out early so we couldn’t really make use of the facilities but the pool looked lovely

Cons:

The breakfast at $30 p/p is expensive but probably standard these days. It was quite noisy but ok once people went to sleep.
