سيئه وغير آمنه للنساء حيث ان بعض النزلاء من الحنسبه التايلنديه فيهم عنصريه مثل ماتعرضت للسب والشتم وكان يهجم ليضربني وتم

لايوجد امان حيث كنت بالمصعد مع مديره الحجوزات اسمها بي بي ودخل ولد في سن العشرين وهجم علي بدافع انه يضربني من غير اسباب بسبب العنصريه والهمجيه على العرب المسلمين ودفعته مديره وبالتالي لم ياخذوا اي قرار فيه ولا حتى كلموه بحجه ان سياسه الفندق لايجوز التدخل بين المقيمين ف الفندق واكتفوا فقط بالاعتذار وقدموا رساله اعتذار مع صحن فاكهه ف الغرفه
والشي الثاني اخذوا ملابسي الجديده من غير ماعطي اذن للغسيل وغسلوه وتسبب بخراب اللبس حيث انه يجب غسله غسيل جاف
الشي الثالث عند خروجي من الفندق دفعوني تأمين ع الغرفه وقالوا سيتم استرجاعه وتم استرجاعه ف البطاقه وسحبه ف نفس الوقت وتم تقديم الشكوى عليهم ف البنك وانا تحت الانتظار

كل شي.
الغرف ضيقة.
و خدمة الغرف كانت العاملات ترتب السرير و تحمل الزبالة. دوم تنظيف الغرفة.
نوعية مناديل الحمام سيئة جدا و تسبب الحساسية.
حمام السباحة نسبة الكلور عالية جدا جدا. ابنائي كانوا يخرجون منه و عيونهم حمراء و تألمهم.
كلب كار الفندق غير متوفر معظم الوقت
و بوفيه الإفطار الاكل الحلال فيه بسيط جدا. بالإضافة ان بعض. النزلاء يقومون بلمس الطعام و جد خسارة اني اخترت الغرفة مع الإفطار.
بعد الفندق. عن شارع العرب و كل الفعاليات.

جميله وحلوه
Pros:

مساحة الشقه والغرف واسعه جدا والموقع حلو وموظفين الاستقبال روحهم حلوه

Cons:

رائحة في الشقق والأدوار رائحه الأكل وروائح ثانيه ولابد من توفير معطرات في كل مكان ولابد كذلك من إتاحة نافذه مفتوحة على الأقل في كل شقه للتهوية

Peaceful retreat in bustling bangkok
Pros:

The staff (yim at front desk, the concierges, choke) were so friendly and helpful, the rooms so well equipped and spacious. We found a fantastic peaceful haven in bustling bangkok that we happily retreated to after time exploring.
The shuttle was handy to connect with malls, bts and, the pool great for us and the kids!
