We have stayed here many times. Soi 24 is a great location for access to the BTS, Emquartier etc
Lifts can be slow
This hotel was perfect for myself, husband and 2 year old daughter. The room was large and well equipped. The pool and play area was great for our daughter. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle to the train station was very convenient.
The hotel itself is a bit dated. Some music around the pool/bar area would make for a better atmosphere.

Great staff service - good location - good view from our room. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Good sized room with everything working and if its not it is fixed the same day. Nice spa and close to outside shops and activities.

Breakfast was great, complete and filling. We liked the variety as well as the overall presentation and quality. The facilities were great and the provided free shuttle to and from the hotel was awesome. The hotel also provided a lot of water and since our time of visit was rather summer already it was more than welcome.
Nothing much other than the provided washer and dryer in the room was not functioning well, rather noisy and did not properly dry the clothes even with the proper setting.
From the moment you enter, there's the feeling you're at home. Located just a short complementary shuttle ride away from Phrom Phong BTS, and two luxury shopping centers (Emporium and Emquartier), you're spoilt for retail therapy choices. In the event you forgot to pack any of your essentials, there's a 7-Eleven literally around the corner.
Our suite was spacious with all the amenities for a long term stay, making it really feel like home.
As with nearly all Marriott properties, it is the staff to which the credit really belongs. At breakfast, Sherry ensured we got what we needed. Kai and all the doormen were exceptional. Special mention must be made of Pingping who was extremely helpful in booking our airport transfer, as well as Pop at checkout. This review would be incomplete without mentioning the Free Shuttle bus drivers and cleaning staff. Marriott Executive Apartments at Sukhumvit Park is deserving of consideration if you're thinking of a convenient base in Bangkok.

BEST HOTEL I’VE EVER BEEN IN THAILAND!!! The rooms were incredibly clean and well organized. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Kai , thank you so much for your kindness and great service! The Thai food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. And Kai truly made the experience even better he was so nice, welcoming, and attentive.
