Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Concierge was helpful

Cons:

Too much seafood and pork. I would have preferred better bakery choices like pound cake . Access to lobby to check in was weird with no instructions or guidance. No bellboys available

Nice and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is great next to a mall. The breakfast is good with many options. The staff is supportive and very responsive.

Cons:

The AC control was central and the room felt slightly worm. If you want a toothbrush or a razor you have to pay extra for it.

Pros:

Tolle Lage über der times square mall. Gute Anbindung an metro und somit ans Zentrum mit seoul station und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten
Gutes Fitness, Geräte in gutem Zustand

Cons:

Klimaanlage nachts zu warm eingestellt, sowie morgens auf 26 Grad, definitiv zu heiss. War nicht individuell regelbar, nur zentral
Aber: mir wurde ein mobiles Klimagerät installiert, somit war der Aufenthalt gerettet

The hotel is good - not great.
Pros:

Proximity to airport. Option of purchasing items including food and alcohol from a convenience store within the hotel.

Cons:

My room had not been cleaned properly and there were no face cloths. This is uncommon so please can the hotel say they don’t provide them. I had to use a hand-towel to wash my face. There were no glasses supplied in the room - just mugs and the restaurant would not deliver one with my meal. This is not a 2 or 3 star hotel.
