The location of the hotel is pretty good and front desk were very cooperative

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Wasserspender im Zimmer. Üppiges Frühstücksbüffet mit koreanischen und chinesischen Köstlichkeiten und gutem Anteil an „westlichen“ Angeboten. Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, Schrank mit Bügeln und Wäschefächern. Zu den U-Bahnlinien 1 und 5 sind es 300 bzw. 900 m. Wenn man sich überwiegend nördlich des Han-Flusses aufhält, ist die Lage vielleicht nicht ganz optimal. Die unmittelbare Umgebung (Bahnhofsnähe) wirkt wenig einladend.
We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Seoul Times Square.
What impressed us most was the exceptional service from the hotel team. A special thank-you to Lucy, Elena, and Bella from the Front Desk, as well as Eve, Kan, and Rachel from the Concierge team. They were all very friendly, proactive, and responsive, especially with our aespa concert-related requests. They kindly helped us check nearby stores for concert merchandise and light stick availability, and also assisted with arranging a taxi to Gocheok Sky Dome.
We also really appreciated how thoughtful they were with our children. After learning that the kids liked the hotel’s Palm Pals collaboration, the team prepared two Palm Pals blind boxes for them. Although they did not get the lucky clover character they were hoping for, the gesture itself was very kind and memorable.
As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I was also very impressed by the generous welcome amenities. The wine, snacks, Palm Pals gifts, and other thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping team was very friendly. The location is excellent — B1 connects directly to Times Square, Yeongdeungpo Station is only about a five-minute walk away, and there are many good restaurants nearby, including Korean fried chicken and Korean BBQ.
The hotel lounge was quiet and relaxing, and the outdoor terrace was a lovely hidden gem, especially in the early morning.
Overall, the location and facilities were very convenient, but what truly made this stay memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The bed especially was great and the facilities offered by the hotel was a highlight. A good location that was nearby to transport as well.
