I will be staying again. Keep up the good work. I love it here.
Pros:

When I walked in, I noticed it was some popcorn left for me when a nice note it was two minutes and then when I went to the refrigerator, it was a red velvet cake. I really love those things stood out to me how clean it was and then it was a bag while the dining room table filled with goodies. I love that the house shoes. I love that the towels is very pretty when I turned the TV on. It was cut down low and I just loved it and the staff was very nice there. I loved it and the Breakfast loved it and then when I went to sleep, it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The showerhead was very nice.

I didn’t like that I arrived 30 min late for my check in time and my room was fold if was ready to walk in and I’d was in the middle of being deep cleaned and we had to change rooms

Pros:

The room was very dirty. The bathtub was dirty, peeling along the side of the tub, and had two spiders. The curtains were torn at the bottom. The noise of someone walking above kept me up late at night. Not a good experience.

Pros:

The actual rooms were fine, (as a group we had 3). All were about what I'd expected. But the lobby and halls desperately need to be updated and re- carpeted etc. The lighting is bad and walking down the hallway to my room, I almost looked for another hotel. The room itself was large with a slight damp smell / feeling, (likely from the AC in July) but not enough to really bother me. My son mentioned that his room also felt damp. That said - it's a great location - tons of shopping and restaurants - easy access to 680.

I rarely get to stay in a nice hotel. Wonderful room. Pleasant staff. No shady characters hanging around. Convenient to everywhere I needed to go.
